I went here for weight loss injections. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. They never weighed me. I asked them to before I left, so I could keep track of my weight. I would go in and get my B-12 injections (which were extra) and I was oils ask the staff to weigh me so I could see how I was progressing. They were completely unorganized and couldn't tell whether they were coming or going. Dr. Newman is a nice guy, but he's very flaky and I don't trust him. Kelley is one of the best Nurse Practitioners I have ever met. She is simply amazing at what she does and has impeccable bedside manners. She was very helpful and answered all my concerns. I had an appointment with Dr. Timothy Bradley I showed up and was told he was not in the office that day. OK, so I made another appointment, I showed up on time and was taken one hour and 15 minutes later. He told me he was having Office issues that should be resolved within 30 days as everyone was new. I had a service and had an allergic reaction. I spoke with the doctor at 11 PM that same night after calling him. It is now 130 the following day and no follow up call to see how I'm doing. I purchased a Groupon for their Botox treatment. I noticed that after 10 days there was still a lot of wrinkles so I scheduled a touch up. I scheduled an appointment in advance for their late night which is Tuesday and they called me on that day at around 4 o'clock and told me they were out of Botox. So I rescheduled for the following Tuesday and when I arrived they told me that the Dr. left for the day. They did not even have the courtesy to call me to let me know in advance. I had a very bad experience 2 years ago said I wouldn't go back but after some friends told me they had new management I decided to give another try and it was still awful customer service. I paid them 40$ to get meds mailed to me and it's been over a week and nothing!! If I would of hot it myself it would of been quicker and cost me 15$ idk if they are shipping it from china but seriously?! And then I called no one answered and I got a text saying tell me the write a message and I'll get a call back.. well hours later no call so I called again.they answered I told her the issue she said I'll look into it and call you back... of course she didnt ... so I emailed them and still dont know where my medication is and cant get any answers . Best message ever!! I surprised my mom with a Swedish massage for 1-hour from this location. Everything was great! I bought a groupon deal and called immediately to book an appointment. They're open early on Saturdays. They text and email appointment reminders. We arrived and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We completed the paperwork and waited only about 5 minutes before being called back by the masseuse. He introduced himself and just asked my mom where he target areas were. He was very understanding, even with a language barrier. I was about to leave while she enjoyed her hour massage but he told me I can actually enjoy a massage chair myself in their waiting room in the back. Of course I ran back there! The massage chair was so perfect! There were all types of settings; my favorite was the gravity one that had me feeling as if I was floating in air. The massage chair worked every part of my body. When my mom was done with her massage, she said it was the best that she's ever had! She then enjoyed the massage chair for a bit prior to us leaving. Amazing service, amazing massage. Can you give a negative review? The front desk mismanages EVERY appointment. The "doctor" violates every HIPPA law in the book for patient confidentiality. I had a consult with East West Physicians, inquiring about Testosterone injections for women. I was told to me by both the Dr. and front desk person ordering my prescription of testosterone, that the prescribed prescription was for 3 months duration. "A 3 MONTH SUPPLY". After figuring out the cost of $450.00 per vial @ 3 months which comes out to $34.52 each injection per week. 3 months is equal to 13.036 weeks, not 10 weeks. (Google it) lol Nevertheless, after injecting the amt. prescribed, I only got 10 weeks out of the $450.00 vile. After directly contacting Wells compounding pharmacy in Ocala, they informed me the prescription was for 10 weeks not 3 months. Therefore, I made and appointment with the Dr. He apologized and agreed that they do tell patients it is a 3 month supply . I was expecting them to keep their word to me, to rectify their wrong doing and not just apologize. Another technician working there said 10 weeks is just a little shy of 3 months. I've been coming to East West for quite sometime as part of a medically supervised weight loss program. I started by taking the B12 shots but to be really effective I would suggest the fully supervised program that includes regular visits and prescription strength appetite control. I've lost over 30 lbs in about 5 months and it's truly the most effective program I've ever used. Yes, you will have to exercise, and yes you will have to make some effort to control your diet, but the program they offer here will make it much easier to lose weight. The staff here are excellent, from the doctors to the nurses to the office staff, I always find them to be pleasant and courteous. Although everyone's body is a little different, I think that if you really want to drop those pounds and you are serious about making a commitment, the doctors and staff here at East West are your best bet to make it a reality. read more

I really liked my experience with Dr. Emily Rowe here, but she no longer works there. The facility is clean and pleasant. Great massage chairs and water beds. However, I did not like how I was treated by the owners, specifically the chiropractor who is married to one of the acupuncturists. He was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude about scheduling an appointment. I didn't even know he was the owner at the time and asked to speak with a manager. He referred me to the receptionist instead and it was a very immature move. It was then very uncomfortable returning to finish out my pre-paid sessions. read more

Though the treatment was very painful since I guess my skin didn't absorb the anesthetics too well, but the results were definitely noticeable so I wouldn't mind going through it again. I went 6 months ago for preventative Botox. I got the Groupon for 20 units and was charged an extra $50 when I got there. I paid $200 all together and I loved my results. Kelly did my Botox. I went back yesterday without a Groupon and found out Kelly was no longer there. An older man did my Botox and told me I needed more that what I got last time. I said I dont want anymore, I want what I got last time. He said I'll try. I said if you don't think you can do it I'll reschedule with someone else. he said he will do it. He put 20 units in my forehead and in between my brows and didn't do my crows feet at all. I asked him why and he said he couldn't do it.... it also hurt more (which is odd because they applied numbing cream this time which they didn't do the first time) and I bled more than I did the first time. He did this weird tapping on the skin when he injected the needle. I ended up paying $199. $1 less than what I paid when I had the Groupon?!? Juliet is probably the only good thing about this place. She is caring and empathetic. I told her what happened And she pull my chart and went back 6 months ago and explained to the old man what he should've done.
