The staff at the practice are very friendly and very organized. From the moment I walked in the office followed CDC guidelines for safety. Clear 6 feet apart paths, social distancing seating, mask worn, and I was seen on time. The technician, Anthony, welcomed me into the room and let me explain the trouble on my skin I was experiencing. Very knowledgeable and attentive, I felt I was talking to a friend. Shortly, Dr. Richardson came in, introduced himself, verified my statement, and looked at my skin flare. Explained what is going on and why. Prescribed a steroid cream and oral medication. I will be haunted for the rest of my life that I allowed myself to be scammed out of $11,000 by Will Richardson of Natura Dermatology. I justified the large sum, thinking that I would leave his office transformed by the "2 kits" of Bellafill, that will last 10 years. Will kept on saying I needed "2 kits." When Will's assistant came in to take my credit card, I asked her how many syringes in each kit. She is the one who told me 5 in each. Will absolutely did NOT stick me with 10 syringes; 2-4 at most. During the procedure his assistant asked to film it and I agreed. After the first area was administered, Will said to me that was the first syringe. It wasn't the most pleasant experience, so I exclaimed, "F***, you have to do that 9 more times?" He emphatically said, "No," after which the assistant stopped filming. (I can only assume, she recognized that Will was caught in a bold-faced lie.) While he proceeded to begin sticking my face with syringe number 2, I didn't feel like it was the right time to question the discrepancy from what I was told by the assistant, that it was 10 syringes, from what he just admitted, that it would NOT be 10 syringes. At this point, registering I was lied to and that I was being ripped off while I am still being jabbed in the face, I just wanted it to be over and run out of there as fast as possible. Even still rationalizing that at least all my problem areas will be gone for the next 10 years. That didn't happen either, I left the office $11,000 poorer and my biggest issue, my jowls, not even touched. Will charged exceedingly more than the amount he intended to use. He purposefully and repeatedly referred to "kits," instead of syringe quantity; leaving me in the dark as to how much I would actually be getting, had I not asked. I cannot say whether this is Will Richardson's modus operandi for everyone, but I believe the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Will Richardson absolutely and unequivocally took advantage of me and therefore may very well likely do it to others. It has been a couple of months since this experience, and I am still tormented. This is a very unfortunate situation for me , I paid 1600-1900 USD for a procedure called bellafil and was told the remainder of the product would be put into a fridge for another treatment. I call to find out the product was thrown away without my consent.. Rosee who I was in the phone with told me she witness the call but I've never received a email or a phone call and they couldn't even verify the call they sent to me. I spent my hard earned money here and they said the only thing I could do is purchase another syringe which is $900 BUT THEY COULD GIVE ME $100 off. Keep in mind I already spends 1.6-1.9k here. It's very unfortunate for me just want everyone to beware especially if your considering to spend your money here. I didn't have to wait for my appointment time at 4pm. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I told him a prescription the other doctor prescribed cost $400 under my insurance because it's name brand. He told me about a pharmacy on Las Olas that will make me a generic equivalent. He listens and asks questions to understand your history. The office is clean and modern. Dr. Will saved me! Thank you! Over the past few years I have started getting severe dark spots all over my legs and arms. Several Doctors have done biopsies and tried some treatments. Two months ago I went to Dr. Will who in my first visit diagnosed me with Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratoses which is a genetic skin disease that is triggered by ultraviolet light. He planned out my treat and we started immediately. The side effects have been awful including hair loss, painful sores all over my body, dehydration, muscle aches and depression. Dr. Will has been my cheerleader pushing me to hang in and it will get better. Its been two months and I am on the road to recovery and clear skin. We still have a few months to go but I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH, Dr. Will. I am not one to write reviews but in this case, because he has turned my life around I just felt I needed to share. I was recommended to Dr. Richardson by my primary. What Dr Richardson didn't realize was he was the third dermatologist looking at my skin issue so far. His first wards out of his mouth as he was leaning against the door post and his arms crossed his chest was that I had dry skin. I new immediately I was in trouble. The pain and the etching was to extensive as I tried to explain. My skin look as if I was boiled in water like a lobster. Well I can't fault you Dr Richardson, It took eight dermatologist or one hell of a pathologist to finally find the issue. Mycosis fungoides type cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. I would like to leave a positive review because the consultation was pleasant (even if rushed), but your billing process is horrendous. I have visited other specialists who were able to determine in less than 15 seconds that only the co-pay was due at the time services were rendered. Your office unnecessarily charged the full amount to me. To be told that the process for reimbursement is to (1) monitor my own insurance claim history, (2) see when they pay your office and (3) reach out to you for reimbursement is tantamount to saying "We're going to be paid twice (from you and from Cigna) for your services. You'll have to reach out to us to get your money back." Why not call me when you receive payment from the insurance company? What will happen if I never call? Will you keep both payments? I visited this clinic twice for two office visits both of which were less than 10-15 minutes long each time. I also was there on time but didn't get seen by a provider till about 10 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to occur. The PA who I saw seemed knowledgeable and nice. However, the administrative staff has been less than stellar. They filed my prescription at the wrong pharmacy twice and sent me a bill that I shouldn't have received. Someone else below has had billing issues with this clinic as well. It's also nearly impossible to get someone on the phone during the day. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a doctors office in general. The staff was extremely friendly and sweet, however, when I saw the doctor about my skin condition he prescribed me a chemical peel for my Psoriasis even after asking him about my other options. He didn't listen to me and just did what he thought was best. When I asked him about the Psoriasis in my nails he said "well there's nothing you can do about that." He didn't make me feel like he cared for me as a patient, perhaps just another dollar he was making. I really, really liked Dr. Richardson's facility and felt very comfortable with this doctor and his respectful, caring demeanor; however I have been disappointed by the lack of care in treating an allergy. After seeing him several times over the course of a few years for a recurring issue, I've been repeatedly prescribed something that helps relieve the condition, but there has been no effort to diagnose me, and get to the bottom of this. I asked to be scheduled for allergy testing, yet it has been impossible to make this a reality. The Physician Assistant I saw at his office a couple years ago is no longer there, which is a huge relief. Reaching someone at the office is a huge challenge, and I've had to call over and over again to try and get through to someone and make an appointment. I adore Dr. Richardson so I hope there can be some improvement in this growing practice. read more

Unprofessional and Disrespectful. I booked an appointment online six days in advance for 9:00 a.m. It was confirmed by text and by email the morning before the appointment. Then, the office called later in the day to confirm my appointment for 9:45 - not 9:00 as scheduled. I was told there's a discrepancy between the online booking system and the actual schedule and that I could not be seen at my originally scheduled time. Rather than apologize, I was given excuses and blamed for not calling to book my appointment. Not only that, but the receptionist who I was speaking with about rescheduling or canceling my appointment hung up on me. I had the Ultherapy and so far so GOOD!! I'm 53, in excellent health, train regularly and drink 64 ounces of water a day, sunscreen and have facials but still have the neck sacking beginning. Just finished the procedure and believe me after reading all the scary pain reviews I was pleasantly optimistic that some people tend to have a low pain threshold. With that in mind, my doctor did prescribe me 2 valium and 2 prescription strength pain meds. Took them one hour before with food. Walked in and started. Had the full race and neck procedure. My P.A offered me a handy pulsing gadget to use in the side or area opposite of working zone and it did help with distractions of the "zingers". Those are the ones when it hits a small nerve. It's not crazy painful. I would give it a 5 only when the zingers would hit and that was rare. Usually one on the side of neck and near my hair line. Otherwise a 2 to 3 pain level. I used a topical arnica and stated taking pill arnica about two weeks prior just as a precaution. I also then put arnica on my face as soon as it was over. All good. She started on the most challenging areas first which is the jawline because the pain meds will wear off due to stress. I agreed and she was right. After an hour or so I could feel more than in the beginning. I have noticed immediately the difference in my face. But time will tell. read more

Was charged $345 for new patient visit. I have been going to a derm for years in Miami, Just moved to Fort Lauderdale and decided to try them. My visit consisted of me telling them what prescriptions I needed refilled and sent me on my merry way. I went to Dr. Richardson for a consultation regarding removal of a cyst. He examined the area and told me he would charge $1,200 to remove it and run a lab report. The entire meeting took less than five minutes. For that he charged me $140. Just for kicks I called my dermatologist in NYC who knows me and quoted a price of $500 to remove the cyst. Analyzing it is extra but it seems unlikely to be more than the procedure itself. In any case, I won't be going back to Natura. read more
