They put us in touch with a repair person who was excellent. It was a difficult repair but it was done quickly and at a good price. Again, they went out of their way to help.

They discontinued part of our layaway without having a comparable item to replace it, and we were pretty much forced to keep the other items in our layaway since they weren't willing to refund on items they could still get for us.
