I have never had an issue here and have frequented Pier Cleaners for a least ten years. It is not the closest dry cleaner to me, I live in Narragansett, but I trust them and have NEVER had a problem. I highly recommend Pier Cleaners! They are reliable and my clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned!

Justin, the delivery manager refused to return it, offered me a $50 credit to keep my business and then charged me $38 to clean 2 Xmas tree skirts and REFUSED to apply the credit. Bill, the owner greeted us and made my son feel very comfortable. We walked in a few minutes before closing and he stayed open for us. Bill made all recommendations to my son from the color of the tux and bow tie to the shoes he wore. He then called everything in while we were still there to make sure everything was available. The seamstress that did my wedding dress made one beautifully and even added a zipper. Other places make them all the time. They are a low-skill alteration fix. The dress was fixed as best as possible by my new seamstress who is near me. Thank God I didn't bring them (Joshuas) my wedding gown!
