I brought in a quality shirt that I had only worn twice. This was the first time the shirt had ever been taken to a dry cleaner or washed. When I unbuttoned it on the day of an event, I noticed that the fabric around several of the buttonholes was torn and damaged. The shirt was not like that before I brought it in. I went back to the dry cleaner to explain what had happened and hopefully find a solution. However, the employee I spoke with denied that the damage could have happened there and repeatedly denied any responsibility. I understand that it may be difficult to determine exactly when damage occurred, but I was disappointed by the lack of willingness to investigate the situation or offer any kind of solution. Unfortunately, this is the same employee who has always had a very rude attitude. We had overlooked it in the past because this location was convenient for us and, until this incident, they had always done a good job with our clothes. What disappointed me most was not only the damage to my shirt, but also the way the situation was handled and the lack of customer service and professionalism. I was simply trying to explain what had happened to a quality shirt that had only been worn twice and had never been cleaned before. My advice to anyone using this dry cleaner is to carefully inspect your clothes before leaving the store, even if everything appears to be fine. I will definitely be doing this from now on. I also recommend taking pictures of your clothes before dropping them off, especially if they are new or high-quality. I have pictures of the damage to the shirt, and they clearly show the condition of the fabric around the buttonholes. It is unfortunate because we had been loyal customers and had previously been happy with their service.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with her bitch comportment (there is really no other word for it) every single time she was behind the counter. First couple visits it's like, "oh, anyone could be having a bad day," then, the other guy would be there instead, and he was fine... and it had been convenient there next to Stop and Shop... but after putting up with all my dress shirts having to be repressed at home due to the button placket always coming back wrinkled, clothes blown up and stretched-out to twice their original size, and the weird smell of everything that came back from them, AND the rudeness and bad vibe of that cashier, it is truly a wonder that this place is still in business. I stopped going, walked out on her with the clothes I had brought in because she was being an obnoxious kook again. About a week later, I wanted to know who the manager or owner was to let them know how they had lost a customer, and it turns out that she is the owner. I have literally never written an online review, but this needed to be said. When someone is supporting your business, and spending good money (my bills were $70-$80 at a time), common, simple courtesy would be expected, even complete silence would be better!
