A machine took my money. Was told too bad. Ill never go back there again. Also, the coin machines short you. Count your change!

Worst laundry mat ever . First off 7.00 to wash is BS. Then just to turn the dryer on 1.00 and after 2.00 in each. They weren't even half way dryer. I was in the area and I figured I would do laundry here. The place is really nice inside, so clean and the lady working really hard was wonderful. They have all size washers and plenty of dryers. I don't do many reviews unless I believe it's needed. With that said, I have pretty much the same amount of cloths as I normally do and it costs me about $19.50 with a few extra items like a blanket it has been $22-23 But it cost me $36.50 or a little more. It is true! The washer prices are higher than any laundry mat I've been to in West Warwick, Coventry, and North Kingstown. But here's the kicker, the dryers! They never really got hot, NO JOKE! After I had to put 4 quarters in the dryer that seemed to be the newer ones, and in order to use it you HAVE TO put in 4 quarters! When those dryers stopped it was like they never went in a dryer at all. So I took my cloths to the back where that was not a requirement to start the dryer and I began pouring more and more quarters in the dryers and it took forever for my cloths to dry and honestly all the dryers I used never got hot and I checked! It took so long and so many quarters to dry my cloths I was actully getting upset by it! I used five dryers and when I opened the door to check my cloths NONE of them were hot to the touch, none! They were warm kinda, damp absolutely. I asked the attendant about one of the dryers because it seemed like it was never on and she said " well we recommend drying cloths on medium heat but some people like to dry them on high heat" I said well my cloths are damp like the dryer didn't work at all. I feel like all the dryers must be set to medium heat and that is too bad, cause it will take a lot more time and money to dry the cloths. One star for being clean but that's not enough to come back :( read more

My washer died and I needed somewhere I could do multiple loads fairly quickly. They had multiple sizes of machines and I was able to get it all done much faster than borrowing someone's washer for one load at a time. Place was clean and staff was polite and helpful. read more

I have had a white comforter for several years, and despite having two cats I've only washed it once. That was using my machine at home, and the machine was just too small to do the job effectively. Fast forward two years and I've moved across the country. I found NK Laundry because I live down the street. I dropped off my comforter at 1 pm and it was bundled and ready by 6 pm the same day. The employee was very helpful on the phone and friendly when I came in. The only time I got nervous was when she was filling out the paper slip and essentially asked if I wanted "the works." I said sure, and she ticked off some boxes that included dryer sheets among other things. I normally don't like my laundry to be heavily fragranced, so I like that it just smells clean and not perfumed. I'll definitely come back here! read more

I have been an excellent, happy, friendly, loyal customer at this laundry mat every week for over 3yrs. It's extremely unfortunately that the wife of the owner (who also works there) is mean, cold, rude, bossy, acts like she is the queen of the world, so rude the way she talks to/treats customers! It's appalling, I wish she didn't work there so we wouldn't have to deal with her. Due to her I'm using another laundry mat! read more

Can't attest to anything really relating to washing your own clothes, I don't do that. Wash and fold services have changed my life. As mid thirties man with inclinations towards procrastination these services are life changing. I'm notorious for leaving laundry in various incomplete states. Oftentimes I'll leave loads wet in the machine only to remember them days later, finding it in a dank stinky ball resulting in my having to run it again. My two month old 30 pound pile of laundry was dropped off and transformed into clean, sorted, folded, and hung hygienic bliss in less than 24 hours by the lovely Ahraina?? with a big old smile. I of course felt compelled to offer this beautiful purveyor of laundry heaven a gratuity of the monetary sort. It is now Sunday and I'm sitting in my clean house, with a clean bedroom where all my clothes are folded, hung, and neatly put away while watching the Patriots, reveling in the satisfaction of knowing all my chores are complete. Best damn 30 bucks this man has spent that didn't involve drugs, alcohol, or morally loose women. read more

This is probably the best laundromat in town because A. It's the only one and B. The owners care about their business and employees. The place is super clean, even though it's generally wicked busy- it stays really clean and that's important. The prices are totally comparable to the closest Laundrymat in proximity- and by comparable I mean it's basically the same if not a couple cents cheaper. The fluff and fold service is the best and so convenient. I have nothing bad to say about this place- I go here all the time and I love it because my laundry is done so fast! read more

I have used this business since they first opened. Of course when a business firsts opens it's nice & clean but the owner & his staff have maintained it the exact same way till this day!! It is spotless (what you want when washing your clothes). The owner has a knack of finding the nicest employees. I am special needs & they just take such good care of me & my clothes come back so great!! read more

Clean enough for a laundry facility. Have free WiFi and TVs and a small coffee set up. $4 for a small washer and $7.75 for a huge one. They have change machines and sell detergent etc. read more

Let's start with the positive. The place is brand new-only been open a couple months so it's clean. The attendants are friendly. That's where it ends. Now negatives, higher prices than the 2 others in nearby towns. I have been here a few times bacause it's close and convenient. Not going to waste my $$ here again. Wash didn't take long but they have 2 different dryers. 30lb and 45lb. ALL of the smaller dryers were full, just sitting there with clothes all dry in them that the attendants were using. I asked to use one but was told I had to wait. As my time is just as valuable as theirs, I decided to use the larger dryers. .50€ for 4 minutes and you could feel the cold air coming in from outside. Used over $3.00 on each dryer to dry my clothes!! I will only be coming here again if things improve. read more

I've been here multiple times, don't love it but it's the closest one to me. I'm a germ freak so I tend to sanitize every surface before starting my laundry. But I went to open the slot where you put the detergents and there was mold growing in the slot. DISGUSTING. Secondly, the staff of younger girls are usually very friendly, today there was an older woman who was extremely rude, went up to the counter to get change and as I approached the counter she looked at me and goes "what do you want". Thought it was very strange so I continued to watch her interact with other customers and she was extremely rude to everyone who came up to her. "What do you want" was her response to everyone and even when she answered the phone she was extremely unfriendly. I'm assuming it was the owner who called because she was saying that she was all set and was checking to make sure she didn't need any change etc. and as soon as she hung up she started mumbling about the phone call, very rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service and I know how important it is. I can say because of her I probably won't be coming back here again. read more
