They told me they would try and move some things around and they called me back within an hour with a same day appointment. When I got there they could tell I was in a lot of pain and they took the time to hear me out and work through some tests to help me find a solution. While they didn't see any obvious issues, they did call a partner specialist while they were in the room with me to try and get me seen by them that day. I'm super grateful to Dr Plecas and his team for accommodating me when I needed help, and making sure they took the time to work through it all. They are always super nice, non-judgemental and take great care of their team and staff. I would not go back to him and neither will my friend. She will also lodge a complaint with the State so that other folks with public insurance will be spared from his non-professional, rude attitude.
