Called for information and Michael Durazzo spent a good deal of time on the phone explaining every step, cost etc. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to and answered every question I had. Appointments were easy to make. Chris Durazzo was the technician who came to take care of my mother. His arrival was right on time. He took time to explain every step and spent a couple of hours testing her hearing and finding a hearing aid that worked well for her. He was so patient, gentle and kind, listening to her concerns and even stories about her favorite music! Very professional and friendly. Return visit to deliver her hearing aids and make sure she could use them properly were just as good. We highly recommend Anywhere Audiology!! They were a life (and hearing) savior!

In the past, I have had hearing aids from another hearing care center (not Otohealth) and was not happy with them. Once I had the hearing aids, the audiologist was not readily available to address my questions or concerns. Dr. DiMarco is the exact opposite. She encouraged me to communicate with her as often as I need to have any questions answered. She scheduled me for a follow up appointment right away. Buying hearing aids is an investment. My sister helped me by FaceTime to communicate with the doctor/audiologist, but even then the doctor seemed confused about what I needed the paper for. That was very frustrating for me because I am Deaf and communication is already limited. I have needed hearing aid support for many years, and I really hoped this place would help me move forward.
