My mother has Dementia and had damaged her hearing aides recently. I can't describe how much more difficult it is to manage a dementia patient who cannot hear. Unfortunately, the location that I used to bring her to has closed, so we went to this Port Washington location. When I explained what had happened to Jody and Dr. Sophia, they informed me that my mothers insurance was no longer accepted by the organization, but they still wanted to help me given the difficult circumstances. This isn't just great customer service this is incredible human kindness. They repaired my mothers hearing aides while we chatted and shared pleasant conversation. I didn't even know that she was repairing the units while we were talking. I thought she was prepping them to be shipped for warranty repair/replacement. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated this kind and helpful gesture. All I can say is no customer service program will deliver this type of care, without wonderful, caring, human beings delivering it. Thank you ladies, our neighbors will no longer being disturbed by my mothers TV and it was truly a pleasure sharing time with you. I HIGHLY recommend this business and location.

He is very professional as well as correct in his interactions with his patients if my experience is any indication of how he treats everyone! I found him to be caring, and available within minutes of my having a small problem with one of my hearing aids- I simply texted him and he was right back to me with easy to follow instructions that remedied my problem completely!
