They were alert to the potential threat and acted swiftly to freeze my account. I then went to the Canton Branch to follow up on the disputes, and Mr. Herrera (Thank you) quickly started the process. The customer service representatives were on the ball as well. They took my panic seriously and followed up on the event with a phone call confirming that everything is back where it should be. Citizens Bank is a place I've been going to for many years now…read more Some branches are fantabulous, and others just aren't. This one has one great feature that very few actually still do. A drive thru. Even though I love Citizens, basically every Santander Bank I go by has a drive thru, and Citizens just frequently don't. Besides my local Citizens location (in Dedham), this is the only other drive thru location I know of. How easy to get in and out, and get done the transactions I need in a timely manner. Women who work the drive thru are friendly, kind, and helpful, and seem to know exactly how to keep the line moving. For a plus, this specific Citizens has a double drive thru, so more than one car can go in and out. Service is fast and they are located way back on Sharon Street, which not many people know about. They recently updated some of it, and while there is very little parking, it still seems sufficient. In general, Citizens is a fair, convenient bank that I would suggest to others in general. While it's nice to have one like this, being able to bank at the grocery store on a weekly basis is also something that ends up being more than convenient! 4 stars for this one. Not a bad bank!

The staff is incompetent and rude, and management blames the customers for its stupidity. I requested my debit card be sent to the branch, due to a problem with my mailbox at home. " Supposidly" no problem and they would make an exception. Fast forward, they didnt know what happened to my card turns out they sent it home anyway. The teller heard it and the branch manager, Christine closed my account there without any warning. I hope they all go under. Horrible! Stay away
