Two years ago we bought two rugs from Sam which I was very happy with my purchase. His price is very reasonable and they have a great showroom which you can pick your favorite design. I recently had to go back to Sam to get for Rugs cleaning. Most companies when the clean rugs, they use machine to clean them but in Eastern Oriental Rugs they did hand wash my rugs to make sure my rugs won't get damage. I purchased a silk rug a few years ago and I needed to have the rug clean. Silk rugs I found out have to be hand cleaned. I initially had the rug cleaned by a rug cleaner that claimed they could clean silk rugs. They informed me there is a risk that the dye may run and they didn't know if they could get the dog stains out. This stressed me. The rug came back looking the same as it did when I dropped it off... dingy and dirty. After speaking about my dilemma with a family member they connected me to Sam at Eastern Oriental Rugs. I immediately felt more confident that he would be able to get my rug clean. He did not let me down. The rug came back looking brand new. He was even able to get out a yellow stain from the oil in my dog's coat. I would highly recommend Eastern Oriental Rugs if you have a rug to be cleaned.
