Kind and friendly, she made the whole 90-minute massage pleasant with just the right blend of gentleness and firmness. She could tell I wasn't much of a talker, so quietly checked in from time to time when transitioning to a new muscle group. The room was clean and fresh, the table warm and soft, and just the right amount of scents and sounds to create a calming atmosphere.
