When I first discovered Justin Epstein Masonry, Justin was active with projects all over town…read more Clearly, he was a mason in demand. I checked out his work and pictures of his projects on justinepsteinmasonry.com. And, that's where I read about his credentials - he's fully insured and has over 10 years of professional experience. So, I called him, and Justin responded quickly to meet with me and go over the details. I had a large, five-step stairway with a landing made of concrete blocks and I wanted it demolished and rebuilt with stone. I wanted granite, and even while our country was facing nationwide shortages, Justin was able to provide the exact stones we discussed. He even took the time to track down additional historic granite stones to add more character to the stairway - more than I thought was possible. His crew's craftsmanship is exceptional. And, I imagine those stairs will be around for 100 years or more, so it's worth it to hire the best. Justin is great to work with because he's smart, honest, and reliable. He is a master of his craft and a true professional. He was able to deliver a great-looking stairway. In fact, they look better than I expected. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.

Throughout the entire process, Justin was extremely responsive and his team was efficient and very detail oriented. Zine is great and took the time to answer questions and clearly knew his craft. The final result came out even better than we expected! Despite the harsh winter we just had, the patio has held up beautifully and still looks great. We're looking forward to warmer weather so we can start using it regularly. I would absolutely recommend Atlantic Masonry to anyone considering a patio or masonry project.

The same thing happened. Zine decided to return the third time and replace the problematic sections that were separating from the foundation. It is now the middle of October and I continue to have the same issue. He said he'll return and has not yet. He has suggested that I need to paint | seal the stucco. I want to do that but first need to know that it does not separate from the foundation so I don't waste my effort. Update on Oct 24. Zine came out to meet with me today. I now understand we had a miscommunication. He said he is a man of his word and I believe him. I will post photos of the new work and results. It might be in the Spring since the weather is getting too cold for stucco work.
