The salesman who helped me was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He found the part I needed in the computer, offered me price options and pulled my choice from the shelf for me. David repeatedly told me he had the correct motor and said he would call me right back, but many times I never received a return call. After that, my calls and voicemails were largely ignored. When I finally reached him this week, he stated he had to "scrounge up the money" and would be coming to pick up the incorrect motor soon. This has been extremely unprofessional and has caused delays, inconvenience, and financial hardship. I am still without the correct motor and out more than $3,000. There is paperwork being filed today for fraud.
