I went in to buy a lock and bolt cutters. The manager convinced me to save a lot of money and just get a new hacksaw. That saw took about 45 seconds to do the job. David repeatedly told me he had the correct motor and said he would call me right back, but many times I never received a return call. After that, my calls and voicemails were largely ignored. When I finally reached him this week, he stated he had to "scrounge up the money" and would be coming to pick up the incorrect motor soon. This has been extremely unprofessional and has caused delays, inconvenience, and financial hardship. I am still without the correct motor and out more than $3,000. There is paperwork being filed today for fraud.

We weren't expecting it to be repaired immediately. We just wanted to know what was wrong with the vehicle! Instead, we received zero communication for hours. By 1:15 PM, we had to reach out ourselves just to get an update. The vehicle was eventually repaired and delivered back to us at 5:16 PM nearly 8 hours after we dropped it off Our final bill was $1,600 for a fuel pump replacement.We didn't even care what it cost but For $1,600, expecting basic communication and reasonable service time shouldn't be asking too much! 8 hours. A scheduled appointment. Almost no communication. $1,600. Do better.
