Yesterday after testing the battery and determining that it was still healthy, one of their staff jumped my car, tested the alternator, and finally removed and replaced the battery terminal bolt that was causing the poor connection. Not only did this completely solve the problem I've been having with starting my car, they didn't even charge me!
