Oil change services are performed in the front bays facing the beltway while cleaning services are performed in the rear bays. I came during a weekday lunch and had no wait. Overall, the whole process took about one hour. Although it was a little strange when they came out after about 30 minutes and said we're about wrapped up with your vehicle, how's our timing? But then, it still took another 30 minutes to finish up everything. Needless to say, still very friendly service from everyone I encountered. Clean restrooms and convenient location.

My vehicle was there for over 4 months with very poor communication from shop manager and owner. I…read morewas told several times it was almost ready or it would be ready on a certain day only to hear nothing back on said day. Finally got the truck back only for it to break down not even an hour later. We had to call to get it towed back to the shop. The mechanic admittedly didn't tighten the distributor cap, which lead to the timing being messed up. Also, the fuel line was installed twisted and wouldn't allow gas to flow properly. These things were fixed after 2 weeks of the truck sitting at the shop. We've had the truck back about 2 weeks and now the fuel pump went out. The new fuel pump that they just installed!!!! The manager also admitted to one of his mechanics burning up the first distributor, this was his excuse for it taking so long in the first place. $4,000 later and the truck is not running. I would not recommend this place at all!!

They had to replace the entire bumper of my Honda Civic and did it in less than a week. They were efficient, fast, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now for the minus one star justification. While we were sitting there waiting for Hertz to pick us up, we had a woman come in there livid and screaming at the top of her lungs. Evidently her insurance didn't cover all of the cost and she couldn't afford to pay off the rest so the shop threatened to keep her car until she could pay it off. Now, if that's their policy, that's fine, but discussing things like that in the common room in front of 10 other people is a little awkward. I'm not sure what the polite thing to do is at that point, so I started playing snake on my phone to distract myself from the scene. Finally the manager came out, took her to the office and she left 10 minutes later looking much calmer (though she did throw a dirty look at the receptionist before she left). My other gripe with them is their marketing ploys. Since they're also connected with a dealership, I guess they felt it was okay to call non-stop for 2 weeks to offer us a new/used car. Granted it was my husband's fault for saying that we were planning to look for a new car within the next year or so, but it got to be quite annoying. Finally we had to call them and ask to be taken off their calling list. No big deal, just a little irritating to come home to 3 messages a day from the same dealership. All in all, they did a good job with the car and I have no complaints. The location isn't the greatest, but I'm not sure if there would be anything much better on that side of town anyway.
