We spent three months at Eastlake RV Resort between selling one home and buying the next. We found it to be very clean and well managed plus lots of nice amenities. In fact, our RV bathroom was out of service for several days and the community bathrooms and showers were extremely nice to have. They are very roomy and always clean. Also, our visit coincidentally encompassed the time frame that Hurricane Harvey and its aftermath happened. Brian and Shawna kept us updated about the conditions at the resort while we were stuck out of town and by the time we were able to return there was no evidence anything had happened inside the resort. Everything was as clean and orderly as ever. During the aftermath the park was at capacity with relief workers, insurance adjusters, wrecker drivers, etc. They did an excellent job of keeping the park up to its usual standard with the influx of new tenants. I was a long term resident (2 years), the area is nice and quiet, cemented throughout, unlike some places that have gravel or dirt. The recreation room has some exercise equipment and they have a computer room. There's fresh popcorn and coffee every morning and the people there are friendly. The onsite managers Jan and Keith are friendly and there are plenty of additional activities that they do on their own time ie. fishing tournaments, fish, fry's, cook offs, Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners, cornhole tournaments just to name a few. So whether you come there for just a day or so or long-term such as I did it's a really nice place to be. read more

Stayed here for a month. Really low key and everyone was nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub and exercise room. Our kids made friends with some of the other kids in the park and it was nice to get them outside. Definitely a good place to stay. read more

Nice people in the office. Security was ok but would have liked someone around the park after dark. Wi-Fi was terrible when it did work but was down 3 of the 5 weeks I stayed. The parking around the pond was strange. One side of the pond was sit up for RVs and one side was sit up for a Motorhome to pull straight in. Witch puts the power Sewage and water lines on the wrong side for an RV. There where only a few Motorhomes so they put RVs in those spots. So you had to have longer hoses and power cords and your sewer pipe was at your front door.. read more

We stayed for a month at the Eastlake RV Resort while we were selling our house. Really enjoyed our experience there. The park seems to be about half filled with working people. A lot of semi-skilled field hands that would leave in the morning and return in the evening. The others looked to be snowbirds or just temporary stays. We were very surprised at how peaceful and quiet the park was. Everyone there seemed very respectful of the quiet hours. Only on the weekends would you even see people sitting outside much past 8PM. The resort staff were on top of everything. Daily we would see staff cleaning, repairing, and just driving around on carts checking everything out. The place is in great shape and felt very safe. There is a large gate at the entrance to the park. You get a code (and optional clicker) to open the gate as you come and go. A fence goes around most of the park. It is not 100% fenced but the unfenced areas are in the back. Beautiful oleanders line the perimeter as well. There is an awesome pool and hot tub area! We used this several times. Clean and surrounded by really beautiful landscaping. The rec room was great with a pool table and shuffleboard table plus TVs, seating, and exercise equipment. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The showers were great. I used them daily as we have a small travel trailer and it's just more comfortable to have extra room. After my shower I always took advantage of the free coffee in the rec room. :) The park is all concrete (no gravel) with back in and pull through sites. Very level and the aisles are spacious for pulling your rig through. There is a large lake that the sites revolve around. It's very pretty and you can fish in it. There is a 24/7 laundry room which looked great too but we did not use it. There is also a dog wash area which was neat and they sell propane. The park is located very close to the West Lake Houston Parkway area. That area is BOOMING and there are a lot of brand new shops and restaurants. There's a Kroger and HEB right there for easy shopping. My only complaint is that I wish they had an off-leash dog area. They do not want dogs near the lake so the grassy areas are pretty limited unless you go on the "Dog Walk" path. This path really isn't a path at all. It's supposed to let you walk the outside perimeter of the park but I was unable to. Large brush blocked areas. Dog walk needs to be improved. Overall this is a great resort in a great location. read more

My husband and I have been long-term residents at Eastlake RV Resort for 9 months. I love it here and everyone is friendly. The area and grounds are nice with a few restaurants, Kroger and H-E-B around the corner. The area is not over-populated so you don't really experience traffic in the immediate area. My husband and I have considered camping at other grounds since we can work from anywhere and we're first time RV'ers! This is our first camp ground to stay at but honestly the management here is awesome! Keith and Jan go above and beyond to accommodate you and we've heard the horror stories from fellow travelers about how bad management can be at other places. For us, it's really not worth the risk to lose a place with great, reliable management! Maybe if they ever move on, then we will consider other places! read more

We recently stayed here while visiting family nearby. Secure, gated large RV park surrounding a lake. Priced a tad high for park rent & laundry facilities, but could not beat the location to the family! Pull-through spots were nice slabs, set up for 30/50 amp service & full hookups. Not too many trees, except for surrounding area, and the park is in the "country." Close to all kinds of amenities. Very nice & efficient staff, too. You know we'll be staying here the next time we're in Houston! read more
