The next is when you gps to their location it will say they are closed which makes you nervous that they are closed. Their website online will also say they are closed as well. So when you drive there you are wondering if you are gonna end up at a closed dentists. they are closed Fridays so if you have a Saturday appointment and need to reschedule you must do it 2 days in advance. Cross your fingers nothing comes up Friday. When I was getting my teeth cleaned the process was un organized. They would say they needed to get the x ray machine then 10 mins later a new person shows up with no xray. They kept leaving me hanging. The whole thing just seems messy.

I called ahead to make sure my husband's routine cleaning was covered by our insurance. They assured me it was. While my husband was at Dr. Larsen's, in the chair, he was told he needed to pay an additional $50. He did. He was then told other parts of the cleaning were not covered by his insurance, so he opted out of those. A month later, we received a bill for nearly $200. I was told I needed one crown "immediately", I was also told it was not covered by my insurance (I have a platinum level of insurance at DentalSelect). It was also recommended to me that I have several other crowns within the next few months. After my husband had such an unpleasant experience, I cancelled my appointment and decided to seek out two other opinions. BOTH of the other dentists told me NONE of the crowns were necessary and were confused as to why they were even suggested. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

They appealed and the insurance again said no because the procedure was not actually needed. Then they started hounding me to pay another $600+ and I told them to send me a bill. They sent one, I sent a check in to pay it. It has been cashed, there is proof. And yet I have gotten three more bills in the mail and text messages harassing me to pay it. Awful experience here. I had some fillings that were done and I had warned the dentist that I…read morestruggle getting numb and I ended up having to get 8 shots in my mouth before I was finally numb enough for him to do them. Afterwards, I was having really bad nerve pain, I couldn't chew anything on either side of my mouth and waited 2 weeks like they said to. after the holidays I called and they were able to get me in to check the fillings. 2 out of the 4 were not bonded to the tooth and one of them was a maybe. They fixed 2 and wanted to wait on the other and see if it 'felt better'. within 24 hours I knew one of the ones that was 'fixed' wasn't. the pain was way worse than it was before. I couldn't eat or drink and was scared to do so because the pain was so bad. I called first thing Monday morning, was told they would call me back, they didn't and I had to call right before they closed. The gal at the front desk answered "Hi Kylee, lets get you scheduled" like she was very annoyed. They wouldn't get me in for a week and a half for a problem they caused even after I explained I couldn't eat or drink due to pain, I felt very dismissed and like they didn't believe me. I found another dentist that was able to get me in the next day to do an exam. 1 of the ones the dentist 'fixed' and the one he wanted to 'wait on' both were not bonded to my tooth and that new dentist redid them. There were air bubbles in both fillings. He was able to get me numb first try after I explained I had a hard time getting numb and I was pain free the next day and could eat just fine. Since I went to another dentist, and insurance only covers the replacement of a same filling after 2 years I had to pay for everything Out of pocket again at this new dentist and have spent way more than I should have had to. do not go here. Terrible dentistry and terrible service.
