I provided all the required documents and my reference contacts, completed the process, and left. About an hour later, Aron called saying he 'did not upload' my ID and Social Security card. That was strange because I had definitely handed them to him. Even though I was already across town, I agreed to return. On my way home afterward, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Then I received another call from him--this time reminding me to send my reference information. I texted back, letting him know I had already provided all of that during the appointment. At that point, I started losing confidence. These are basic steps in his role, and the repeated mistakes were concerning. Since then, I haven't heard from him at all. It's been over a month. Every time I reach out, I'm told to 'call next week,' but nothing ever moves forward. I'm not sure why he was so warm and encouraging on the phone--telling me I had very transferable skills--yet acted completely different in person. STAFFMARK EMAIL: Staffmark Group Hi John, Section 1 of your Form I-9 for Staffmark Group was accepted on June 29 but Section 2 must also be completed and signed by another person no later than 3 days after your first day of work, and you are responsible for completing this process. You can now choose someone to view (in person) the work authorization document(s) you uploaded and then sign your Form I-9. Step 1: Ask someone who is (age 18 or older) and can be physically with you to review your document(s). It is okay to choose a family member or relative. They must have a mobile device with internet access and a web browser. Step 2: Make sure you have your documentation in hand that you uploaded when you filled out the first section of Form I-9.
