Awesome awesome awesome... those are probably the three words I would use to describe Joe and Michelle at East side auto. I literally just picked up my wife BMW X5, which has been kid and weather tested. We owned the car for about 4-5 years and had never had a detail before. After giving these guys the whole day with it... it came back super new. The exhaust chrome was showing, the mild scratches are gone and the leather now looks luxurious like it first did when we bought it new. What was more amazing is that our x5 has a third row seat which is pretty rare. I forgot to let them know but they found it, clean and refinished that seat as well. Couldn't be happier and these guys are worth every freaking penny. In this day and age when people are looking to cut corners or get stuff done as quickly as possible... EAS still has the old school feel of treating you like a friend. They have a ton of pride in what they do and they treated me and the family amazingly. Joey was very straightforward about what can be done and what to expect. His quote was very reasonable. When it was finished they had exceeded my expectations. Okay so I don't like to hurt local business but these guys did a very below average job for a very premium price. The owner was also very rude as I heard him complaining in the office when I called to check in on the car, he was cussing and hollering, don't tell me you will call me with a status update in a bit and then disappear for a couple days. The first thing I do on every new car is have the bumper and hood protected with clear film. For my past 2 cars, I used Ben @ VentureShield inside Park Place. I needed to get my 5 day old 2017 XC90 wrapped prior to getting any stone chips, and learned that that Ben had recently moved to Eastside Auto Salon. I'm extremely picky and Ben did an AMAZING job wrapping my XC90 T8 with XPEL Ultimate film covering the bumper and entire hood. I appreciate Ben's assistance over the years to handle any concerns / issues I had with my prior cars that he wrapped. I'll be back, and plan to try out their detailing / wash services. The prices are the same as Park Place and apparently they take their time and spend 1 hour for the basic super wash service. read more

I made an appointment with Ben to do a frontal paint protection film on my 2018 BMW X5 M. This is the second car Ben had done for us and I can say he did not disappoint the second time around either. He's meticulous is his work and the car looks new. This past winter I got some scratches on the back of the car, and even if that wasn't part of the area to be covered by the protection film he spent time getting the scratched down by 90% visually from what they were. My wheels are also shining and I'm just happy beyond words at everything from customer service to the work done on the car. I highly recommend Eastside Auto Salon - I wouldn't go any other place. Because of the great job they do they get busy so make sure you call a few weeks out at least if you want paint protection film done. read more

I dropped my car off with a few paint scratches over the body work, then came back later the same day to pick it up and quite honestly the car looked brand new. The roof of the car also had some bird dirt on it which I wasn't able to remove, even after multiple car washes it was still there. Amazing experience. Bought a new-to-me car which had been smoked in; I had tried a few things on my own but could not get the smoke smell out, so I took it there to see what they could do. Joey the owner delivered first-class service, and gave me an extremely reasonable quote given the extensive amount of shampooing they were planning to do. All I have to say is WOW! Someone had decided to perform some art on entire left side of my Range Rover with their golf tee and after trying myself I was not able to get the marks out. Through several referrals I contacted EAS and paid them a visit. Going to this business is like stopping by a family member's home. warm greeting and very welcoming. Joey took some serious amount of time examining the scratches around the car and not just the area of the mess from the golf tee. Joey offered to fix a spot so I see what the end result would be and if I approved, he would go around and do the whole car. The test spot turned out great and I had them do the whole car. Joey just completed an amazing cosmetic repair for my Cayman R. The car was scratched on the passenger side door from an object hitting the car. One of the three parallel gouges scratched down to the metal. I wanted to try to repair the damage without repainting the whole panel or side of the car. So pleased with the results of the feathered painting repair! You can't notice the prior damage until you get right up to it and look for it. The craftsmanship of matching the light metallic paint, protecting the damage from rust and polishing out the surface layers for uniform / blended light reflection is amazing. Quite the accomplishment! Very happy with the results and feel very lucky not to feel the need to paint the entire panel. Joey completed the work with a protective coating to help the repair last. I highly recommend the EAU and feel very appreciative of their professional work and care for the finish of my car. read more

It's like my car just came out of the factory! Could not be happier with the results. No bullsh*t product up-sell. Incredibly friendly and cool staffs from Joey, the owner, to his wife, who kept me company while I waited and Jake, the detailer who worked absolute magic on my swirled-scratched-faded-bumper ridden 2012 Black BMW 335i. They also conditioned the plastic window trims that were faded which, if you've ever tried doing it yourself, never works quite right and just doesnt last. I still can't believe that for a 7-stage exterior detailing job that took close to 6 hours, I paid only a fraction of what it would have cost at other places in Seattle and elsewhere. Their reasonable and fair pricing will definitely make it easier for me to come back even though I'm not the biggest fan of going to the East-side. EAS also does clear-bras. Dent Solution, which share the same garage, is also fantastic and very reasonably priced! Nice waiting room with wifi. My only wish is that they'd have a Seattle location! :) read more
