Was gifted a car that had developed a severe internal mold problem due to a window being left open on a very rainy fall day, and then the car left unused and closed up throughout the winter. My wife's SUV needed some TLC. The exterior needed to be polished and waxed to remove tree resin and bug splatter. The interior needed a good cleaning. It went really well. Scott got me in within 24 hours. He finished up in under 4 for a very thorough complete detailing. The exterior looks like new. The paint shines and the original luster is back. He fixed a few small chips too, which I wasn't expecting. The inside smells new and the seats and carpet stains are gone. All the skuff marks on the back of the front seats (kids) and the dog hair from the cargo area are gone too. Scott did a great job and I will go back to him if needed. Scott was wonderful! My dog stepped in gum and before I realized it, the gum was tracked all over my car seats. I called many places to see if they could remove the gum, including well known companies, and didn't receive the best answers. They told me that they didn't have time to see me within the next two days or that they would be unable to remove the gum and suggested that I use products I wasn't sure I should use on cloth seats. I called Scott in desperation and he was so kind! He told me to stop over whenever convenient that day and that he would take a look. I stopped by and within 10 minutes he had steamed out the gum and my seats looks great! He told me to come back if I wasn't satisfied and that he would then use a solvent on my seats, but no there's need! I'm so happy I called Green Auto Detail! Yes, indeed: "as good as it gets" (5 stars!) at Green Auto Detail! Received a gift certificate to Green Auto Detail since always wished to have my car to be detailed, however without any chemical smells, residues and off gassing after the process. It was very important to me : NO toxic cleaning involved. Scott did fabulous work and exceeded my expectations: my PT Cruiser looks incredible, outside looks glossy and shiny again and he put extra hour to the process - gratis! Called this guy up and he came to pick up the car from where i was working, worked with my low budget, made the car look AMAZING! He even cleaned out the sun-soaked gunk from the cup-holders, steam cleaned the seats and also did a wipe on the windows to make it look spiffy! The car looks GLORIOUS for the price i paid! This business is amazing!! My little Hyundai with cloth interior was a wreck, Im a dog walker and dog sitter and it was filled with dirt, dog hair, dog slobber on the inside windows, not to mention the coffee spill stains on the seats, it was a disaster! Ive been dogsitting in bothell this week and decided to just go for my first auto detail experience and read reviews of this place and decided to try it out! Scott was so nice over the phone and I was worried about having to leave the dogs to take the car in and sit and wait for it to be finished, but he said they pick up cars and bring them back for a 3 hour minimum job, which was fantastic! I didn't have to leave the dogs alone at all while it was being done! It took the full 3 hours, a little longer to get it back for travel time, but when he returned with it I was so amazed! It looks incredible! Most of the stains are gone on the seats, the windows are clear, there is still some dog hair left behind due to the type of cloth in my car, but it looks a million times better then I could ever do cleaning it myself! Almost like a brand new car! Scott was professional and friendly, I am so happy with my experience here and will return for exterior cleaning and more interior cleaning as I need it done! I met Scott about 4 years ago when he was working along-side an auto/tire shop and was SO impressed by a detail (that's an understatement) job he was doing on a Mazda Miata. He showed me what the paint used to look like (dull/pinkish) and what he was doing - he was bringing it back to life - to it's original bright red. I never forgot that - and years later when the paint on my car wasn't looking so great I decided to give him a try myself... I had sadly neglected my paint and hoped he could help. I also needed a major interior clean. He picked my car up at work (yes, he goes the extra mile - literally) and at the end of the day he brought back what felt like a whole new car. The paint was shiny again, and the inside was fantastic - he did as detailed of a job as I would do if I had the time. Better yet he didn't make me feel bad for all for the condition my car was in - that means a lot.
