When they passed, Susan was so kind and thoughtful - sharing memories with me. When I brought home two new rescues - she was so excited for me - and excited to meet them. As my dog grows older and more fragile, she shows such compassion - making me so grateful to have her in our lives. She has always gone well above and beyond, making sure to send adorable pictures of 'my boys' when I travel, and update her notebook with details from each visit. When she needs to take some time off (very rare, and always with a lot of notice), she coordinates substitute pet minders as needed. Her experience working for a vet just adds to my comfort in leaving my pets in her care. When my pets need pills or special care, she works with me to make sure all is administered if I'm not available. I have recommended her to three different friends, and they each speak glowingly about her service. She will work with folks for regular visits, or for vacation care.

I found Shannon and she brought me peace of mind upon meeting her. Shannon came out for an introductory meet and greet with my two dogs. She asked a lot of questions about their habits, activities, exercise levels and then went ourside and threw the ball for one and took on a short walk to end of the block. This was so needed for both Shannon and my "girls" ti get to know one another. When my trip came, I knew the girls were in good hands. Shannon stopped by twice daily to feed, let outside, play, walk and give lots of petting and love. How do I know this? Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. After the first update, I knew our kitties would have a great week - with good attention and play each day with Ally. Ally also took care of the house - bringing in mail and lots of packages and watering the plants. Everything was in excellent order.
