Well he jumped right into our senior life. We have always taken our dogs to "camp" as we call it when we travel or just want him to have a play date with other dogs. That being said we research where our puppy is going and give it a few tries to make sure he is treated right. Ellensburg Pet Lodge fills the bill as he can't wait to "check in" and when we pick him up he is happy to see us. When he gets home he collapses so we know he has a busy day not just stuck in a cage. Great staff and you can tell if someone is just putting up with animals or they have a passion for the work. We also like that they support Josies Missfit's as this is one of our favorite's we financially support too.

When they passed, Susan was so kind and thoughtful - sharing memories with me. When I brought home two new rescues - she was so excited for me - and excited to meet them. As my dog grows older and more fragile, she shows such compassion - making me so grateful to have her in our lives. She has always gone well above and beyond, making sure to send adorable pictures of 'my boys' when I travel, and update her notebook with details from each visit. When she needs to take some time off (very rare, and always with a lot of notice), she coordinates substitute pet minders as needed. Her experience working for a vet just adds to my comfort in leaving my pets in her care. When my pets need pills or special care, she works with me to make sure all is administered if I'm not available. I have recommended her to three different friends, and they each speak glowingly about her service. She will work with folks for regular visits, or for vacation care.
