This place should be honest with people. My daughter was lied to several times. She was told they could not assist her because the man that works there had covid. When my daughter showed up she said you can see his hair transplant. Instead of helping her out the man kept complaining about the job. This is not professional at all. People go there for assistance and putting people down is not a good thing. read more

I just relocated my 86 year old mother to the area to live with me. The Facey doctor took her hand and held it while they talked. My mom was so grateful for this simple and genuine display of compassion. They're a one-stop shop so an appointment with Quest for bloodwork was unnecessary. Prescriptions were all submitted timely so I hardly had to wait at the RiteAid pharmacy. I made another appointment for the eye doctor. Again care was given to a lady who was out of her element and in a new place. I'm so grateful to their wonderful care. read more

I was unsure what I wanted but when I explained what it was used for I was quickly given what I needed.and then because I had on a new brace and was walking on a cane the owner I guess help me tow my car wonderful service. read more

They were great. I had an accident and sprained both ankles. I needed some supplies. I had my husband check with other pharmacies, and they were out. One of them referred me to this medical supplies store. I called, and the staff who answered the phone was very nice and helped me. She looked for the items I needed. She had most of the items I needed and said she would hold them for me while my husband went to pick them up. She ordered the missing items for me. How nice it that?! They have the best prices around for those who don't have insurance. They take medi-cal LACARE which was great. This family owned business has everything you need from scooters, wheelchairs, blood pressure units, back supports etc. you can even rent certain items. I would recommend this company definitely. read more
