The store is unorganized. The lady who is working at the store is behind the plastic covering - from Covid restrictions it seems. She asked what I came for and called another person in another room (at the stock room maybe) to help me. They didn't have the ramp that I was looking for. So he pointed me towards Home Depot. And so I left. I parked at the dental clinic parking lot. If they have a private parking, I didn't find it.

At my appointment with my pulmonologist he gave me a prescription for an oxygen generator. Once the paperwork goes through I expect Lindcare to again deny the order. At that time I will contact Medicare and explain what's going on with Lindcare after all they are a Medicare approved oxygen supply company. In the meantime I remain a unsatisfied customer of Lindcare. They have been providing me with oxygen bottles but how far can you go out of town when you have 2 hour supply of oxygen and 2 bottles, not far.
