Prorated is what they kindly called it. Never set foot in a unit. !00% worst than I had dealt with before. Now I have on site customer service and someone on speed dial that cares for their renters. Customer service is key. This was in Forest Virginia and I had to deal with someone in Portsmouth Virginia and email? Lost me.....
