Do not buy any tires from this place. I bought new tires and they did not balance them I took them back because it was shaking they told me that it did not need to be balanced. So I took it to Discount Tire and had to pay $30 and then they balanced it and now it is not shaking read more

I will never buy or recommend anyone to his place, Discount tires is just down the street. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went there for an alignment, and they tried to upsell me on $300 worth of suspension parts that they said were needed before they could do the alignment. I wasn't sure if they were truthful or not, so I took the car to another shop for another opinion. they pulled the suspension parts to replace them with moog parts that I provided (so I would know they were god quality and I would have a lifetime warranty) and the shop called me to tell me there was NOTHING wrong with the parts on the car, in fact they looked and felt brand new. I've been to Eastside Tire & Alignment many times over the last 15 years. Their prices are the lowest for good quality tires, alignments, oil changes and other services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never returned to have work re-done and I've never felt that I had been overcharged or ripped off. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they don't have A/C in their lobby. They have a window unit that is only turned on in extreme heat. Their oil changes are very inexpensive because they are not full lube jobs, simply oil changes. They do not check any other fluids, or any other checks involved at all. If you are aware of that, you'll save money and you'll be glad you took your car there. read more

i took my car to eastside tire and alignment and ask the young man can you do a alignment on my car he said yes 60 if i align and 30 if something stops me so he was in the shop maybe 15 minutes and comes back maam has your car been wrecked i said no he said i aligned it the best i can maybe you need a strut or a tyrod end he said take it to wal mart and see if the tire has a knot on it but said its 60 and bring it back when you get it fixed within 3 months and i will align it again well i had to argue with the manager and said this is a shop they suppose to know why it wont align he told me take it to walmart for now on and throwed 30 back at me i took it to pep boys and the car needed alignment and couldnt be aligned properly without a canber kit on passenger front so they put it on aligned it and im out the door eastside tire is a rip off stay away from that place read more

DO NOT BUY A USED TIRE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY SOLD ME 4 DEFECTIVE TIRES WITHOUT TELLING ME OF THE DANGERGOUS PROBLEM WITH THEM FIRST . I needed only one used tire so I went there, but I bought 4 tires since they would not break up the set which was no problem to me. After only one day one tire went down on me and I took it to get it fixed at another place since Eastside was closed. They told me they couldn`t fix it because it was defective and dangerous to drive on, so I bought another tire then. Two days later another Eastside tire went bad on me again. This time it had a big bulge on it. So I took it to a third tire shop and they told me that it was a defective tire that should never have been sold to anyone. So I bought another tire there as well. I took my car to get another issue fixed and I asked the guy there to give me his opinion of the last two Eastside tires I had still had on. He immediately said that they were defective and that whoever had sold them to me knew this too. That was 3 different places telling me the same thing. So I took them back to Eastside and the first thing the owner said was that there was no refunds. I told him that selling a used tire I understood, but selling a defective tire was another thing and dangerous too. He then told me to " Go to Hell" and leave. I was very upset, but I told him that I would not give him back those same tires because he would just re-sell them again to some poor person. Even if i didn`t get my refund then. He told me "what I do with them is my business". I told him that I too own a business and that I don`t treat my customers in such a rude manner. He seemed not to care at all and just went back inside his store. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO BUY FROM HIM. HE IS SELLING DEFECTIVE USED TIRES WITH NO CONCERN FOR PEOPLE`S SAFETY, ONLY FOR HIS PROFIT BOTTOM LINE. He needs to be reported to the BBB which I also intend to do.
