I have been a patient of Dr Chien for over 7 years +. She has treated me for multiple issues with my body and even my mind. I continue to come here not only because her treatments have helped me. I continue to because Edward and Dr.Chien treat me like I am family. I do not feel like just a patient on their schedule. The exam rooms are extremely clean and they practice sanitary treatments. This place is legit, smells wonderful when you walk in, clean facility, and Dr. Sharon takes time to listen and cares about her patients. She's humble, smart, and so knowledgeable. Edward is great at texting reminders and I can also set up appointments via text. I'm a Kaiser patient so my insurance works here. I've been going here for over 2 years , this place is one of the cleanest and most sanitized medical offices, ever I had a herniated disk in my lumbar and nerve damage and drop foot I couldn't walk, didn't do surgery it was Covid time. I was told by Dr. Chien she could help me it but it would take time, I can now walk and move my husband thought I wouldn't walk again and here I am, I still go every Saturday, just because I feel better when I go. I don't see how SOMEONE could give one star and funny how it's only 1 review on there with 1 star and there is no way there after the money, they care. I've been getting acupuncture and cupping therapies here for the last 2 weeks and I absolutely LOVE the Dr. Sharon and Edward!! After having several years of shoulder pain, stiffness and immobility and seeing traditional doctors visits, for tons medication, cortisone shot, X-rays, rehab, massage and having nothing work for me, I was extremely skeptical and frustrated! From the first day I walked i felt at ease and comfortable. They were so nice. I warned them during my first visit that if they helped me relieve some pain, I might cry and I did. I felt some relief after very first visit. Here I am 2 weeks later and I'm 50% better. That may not seem like a lot but for me it's truly a blessing! After 3 years of constant pain and not sleeping through the night, I see a light at the end of the tunnel. I am faithful that will have a full recovery. My first accupuncture experience and it went great. Dr. Chien is very nice and she always ensures that you are comfortable. I wish she would have explained a little more what she was doing, but that's just me wanting to know how everything works. Her husband runs the front office and he was delightful as well. I was having problems in my neck/shoulder area from a nerve in my neck and it took a few visits but I am feeling great now. I am a very sensitive person and suffer from fibromyalgia and degenerative disk disease in the spine. I have to admit there is a little bit of discomfort for some procedures but the benefits out weigh them. I will definitely be going back when issues arise in the future. It is not for bringing Dr. Chien more business, but if you are like me anxiously looking for an authentic EXPERT in traditional Chinese medicine & acupuncture, in particular, for those who don't want to take pain pills and Western medicines for all kinds of side effects. Here it is, Dr. Chien and Edward (a Kung-fu master) flying under the radar in Corona. I first came to visit Dr. Chien through my neighbor's referral. I had great pain on Shingles infection. It turns out it was a misdiagnosis from Kaiser and other acupuncturists. On first visit, my pain reduced for first time, and reduced a lot! I knew (only) an authentic acupuncturist could do the miracle. Along with other issues I have had from the past that I already have visited more than dozens of clinics throughout entire CA, Dr. Chien pointed out to the root causes and taught me knowledge on how to improve the condition. Dr. Chien is the best Dr. ever! I went in not being able to raise my arms, being really achy from a fever (100 degrees), sore throat and slight cough. I called this morning and Edward got back to me right away and told me to come on in. (Same day!) Dr. chien did Gua Sha, accupunture, had me drink some herbs and I left the office with my body temperature at 98.5 and feeling so much better, being able to move! Incredible! I returned to this place after almost 10 months. Prior couple of visits were great. However this time it was horrible experience and I'm never coming back here. I made the appointment 72 hours in advance and told them I will be leaving work early from Newport Beach to make my 430pm appointment. I left work 3 hours early and sat in 55 and 91 traffic to make it 10 minutes before my scheduled time. Only to be told the front desk did not call my insurance to check benefits and they cannot assist me. My insurance info or anything else has not changed, which was told to them when I made the appointment. So they did not call my insurance prior to my appointment and said they only call to check insurance benefits ONLY AFTER the patient is in their office for their scheduled visit. Not sure what happened to them, because they used to be great which is why I was willing to sit in traffic to come to this clinic but I will never return here again. read more

After suffering 2 strokes and seeking treatment from 2 different acupuncturist. My wife went into eastvale acupuncture and herbs.on a Saturday. Wile they didn't have the type of herb we were looking for. I love coming here! It's so relaxing and I leave feeling extremely relieved. I'm pregnant, high risk with HG so it's tough to say the least. Dr. Sharon and Edward are making more progress with my conditions than western medicine has in years. I have suffered, they are the most caring people. Dr. Sharon knows her Chinese medicine.
