What an amazing experience I had with Mr. Lopez. I have terminal kidney cancer. It's very rare and very aggressive. There is no cure and I am in constant pain all day long. I I'm doing everything through meditation massages and now I will be doing acupuncture to help with pain. I do not take any type of medication. I am doing this all natural. Dr. Lopez' approach is different from other acupuncturists I've visited. He has knowledge in many healing modalities in addition to TCM. He takes time to talk about how I'm doing--not only physically, but in other aspects of my life. I really appreciate the massage & energy work he brings into the session, which is unique. I recently visited this establishment regarding my dizziness and had high hopes. I have experienced and been around eastern medicine all my life. I was told that the treatment and consultation would take an hour and a half. I arrived at 4:15 and did not leave until 7:00 PM. I did not appreciate the the lack of forthrightness in length of time. The following day, I woke up more dizzy than ever and have felt even worse as the day went on. I tried to contact him but he did not have time for me despite my altered state. The office is very day spa like - warm, quiet, soft lighting, very relaxing. Having someone care and not rush us in and out is so unique. I contact Eastern Medicine Center because I had a bypass surgery in 2013 and had pains from different medicines I had to take and was looking for alternative treatment for pain. Adolfo treated me with acupuncture and massage. He also gave me a lot of spiritual advise and became a friend. Adolfo, just does not treat you but he treats you with seriousness that you would expect. His spirituality is a great asset, and I felt that he was not really out there for money like many others that I had contacted. He also will not load you up with Herbal medicines and will recommend supplements that are truly beneficial for you.
