I typically use yelp for everything. However, the fact that Dr. Richter, Mrs. R, Rosa, Stella, Javi, all of the team only have a 4.9 has caused me to officially question yelp altogether. As a Licensed Professional in the mental health field I can assure you that these yelp comments matter. Anything less than a 5.0 is personality based. Dr. Richter is in fact a miracle worker who uses his gift of healing to change the lives of those that he touches. In fact, when I went to him in 2024 for a severely degenerated C-spine with arm and hand pain and weakness, tingling, and neck instability- I did so as a last stitch effort to avoid having a "mandatory and urgent" neck surgery" -world renowned double board certified neurosurgeon at HOAG . The neurosurgeon (who we shall not name) said "absolutely not- do not let a chiropractor touch you- could be paralyzed."I didn't listen. I trusted God. Thank God I did. Between the treatment of manipulation, decompression, and red light therapy not only did the symptoms stop but the structure of my spine changed. When I went back to the surgeon for a follow up mri that Dr. said "what are you doing because this mri looks much better ". I told him that i did end up going to see Dr. Richter; not just any chiro but the dr who I sit back and watch patient after patient leave in absolute gratitude for the treatment that he provided which led to healing . The Dr whose office is led by a family who makes every patient feel like they too are a part. I will say that I I did get all the way better. But because I know age comes with structural changes I decided to buy a treatment package just in case I needed to return. Of course, age and life has done just that and so I returned today. Once again, it was like I was family. My pain was serious to them and Dr. welcomed me ready to help. Praise God for medicine that doesn't kill us. Praise God for Drs who are honest and transparent, who won't promise anything but are with you every step of the healing journey. Praise God for Dr Richter and the most amazing, professional, kind office family that I've interacted with in 30 years. And here's the truth- when you see any dr you don't know if they can help.. you go with hope and they give you what they have. Sure, it could get worse before it gets better or it could get worse; keep in mind this Dr is human not God. If your body says no- then say no. He will listen. He's an amazing dr. Trying to help in a holistic way and realizing that a body needs more or different doesn't make you a bad dr. Nor does errors on billing - or an old school, small town , dr writing the estimate on a handwritten paper - that does make the office a dishonest office. I'd also add, thank God they offer packages...as long as I'm living, I'm degenerating, and my body is changing. I will need a dr just like I will need aspirin or Tylenol. Thank God I get an option to save a little bit now on something I know I'll need later. If you're looking for what to believe- GO SEE FOR YOURSELF. Dr. Richter is treating my Osteoarthritis in both knees. My surgeon has recommended knee replacement surgery and said that I was waisting my time with chiropractic treatment. I beg to differ. Dr Richter is great at what he does.... I learned my shoulder blade pain was due to an issue with my neck. I paid for treatment and after a few sessions my pain was gone! I've been hesitant to go to a new chiropractor after my last one moved away, but I was really interested in spinal decompression, so I wanted to give Richter Family Chiropractic a chance. This office did not disappoint. Dr Richter is wonderful. Very caring and compassionate, and very sensitive to challenging circumstances like mine. He is very skilled and handles my neck and back with a lot of care, to help me heal as I go through several back / neck issues. I began spinal decompression treatment for my neck, which includes electrical stimulation. I get regular adjustments and have had several sessions of laser treatment to target inflammation. The staff here are wonderful. They are all very kind, highly engaged and take patient care seriously. The office flows efficiently so even when they have a packed patient load, someone is always moving and keeping patients flowing through the various modalities and therapies (so they're not just sitting around and losing time). They offer me water pretty much every visit, but especially if they can tell I came straight from work and am tired- hydration is so important for healing. But with an office like this, the little things count- just like they offered me a chap stick after my initial consultation- it was just a small but memorable gesture. The office is state of the art. X-rays that have digital capabilities for immediate review, various types of decompression options, laser treatment, roller tables, and I'm sure I'm missing others off the top of my head. After selecting a treatment package that was tailored to me, I was signed up for home exercises that get delivered to my email, and I was also given a few items to help me on my healing and spinal correction journey. A large gel ice pack (lifesaver here!), a bottle of biofreeze professional roll on (to help with pain), a foam roller to use for exercises, some referral cards to share with friends and family. They do offer payment options such as insurance, cash payment options, payment plan based on individual needs, or care credit. I am so happy I found Dr Richter and his team. My neck is starting to improve after only a few weeks. I'm going to continue with decompression for now, and long term will entrust my spine health and improvement to Dr Richter and his team. read more

I have been dealing with lower back pain for years. This year it got to the point where I couldn't sit and then my feet started hurting. I could not sit or walk.
