Dollar Tree had packing tape, Walgreens had one measly box, and yet I still needed bubble wrap. Well, as it turns out this CVS was close to both and not only had bubble wrap, but there were bubble wrap size options, plus boxes and packing tape. I really wish I'd have gone there first. It'd have saved me having to run around town.

Most recently I was notified by Walgreens that I had a prescription to pick up. The issue? It was to be picked up at my old Walgreens in Pembroke Pines. I had to call to get it transferred. Fortunately for me, getting a hold at this location in Tallahassee was simple. I had my prescription filled within half an hour and I was able to pick it up after work. Very pleased to not have to wait forever to pick up medication. A bit annoyed that the pharmacy has limited hours. I believe they close at 9 PM on weekdays, and coming from South Florida, I'm still not used to everything closing so early.

Needed to get some vaccinations prior to a trip…read more As it turns out, Walgreens had the ones I needed. It wound up being easy to get them done at this location. Made the appointment same day on the app and was seen immediately. The added bonus in all this is that I got to meet Stella, who not only vaccinated me, but before doing so, reviewed all the paperwork the medical office had given me. Suffice to say, the attention to detail surprised me. Moreover, I was even able to get an updated vaccination records sheet a few days later that will come in handy in terms of records.

We moved to Apalachicola six years ago. We used CVS Pharmacy for all of our prescription needs…read moreuntil recently. We couldn't get through to CVS by phone because they do not pick up, we had prescriptions faxed to CVS only to go in 24 hours later and find that they hadn't checked for faxes but found our fax immediately upon checking and said they could fill it when the delivery of meds came in the following Tuesday. My doctors couldn't get through and we finally said ENOUGH. Switched to Buy-Rite and can get them by phone, have prescriptions filled in a timely fashion and they even know you by name in short order. Sorry CVS but we won't be back.
