I should have come to this CVS to begin with. Seriously speaking, I went to both Dollar Tree and Walgreens to get mailing supplies. Dollar Tree had packing tape, Walgreens had one measly box, and yet I still needed bubble wrap. Well, as it turns out this CVS was close to both and not only had bubble wrap, but there were bubble wrap size options, plus boxes and packing tape. I really wish I'd have gone there first. This is the worse pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I went in to pick up my prescription at 1:15 and was told it wasn't ready (this is pre boxed). Come back at 3. When I went back. David took the info, walked over to the computer, played with his phone, labled and bagged someone else's medicine, and didn't get mine until he saw me looking at him. This pharmacy is truly terrible. Endless wait times, rude staff. No one acknowledges your existence in the drive-thru until you press the call button multiple times. (This is with one customer in line inside, and then none.) Often haven't run prescriptions through insurance, for reasons unknown. Have multiple entries for the same customer, with name misspelled. Waited over an hour at the minute clinic just for the rudest nurse I have ever met to refuse to sign one. This horrible woman was so abrasive and hostile from the moment I entered the room that she made me BURST INTO TEARS. At no point did she apologize but she did open and stand by the door waiting for me to leave, enabling the full waiting room and store to get a good look. So much for privacy! She did call her supervisor while I was trying to collect myself. I suppose the additional shame and embarrassment she inflicted upon me after making me cry AND wait for nothing was inconveniencing her and I wasn't getting out of her sight fast enough. I have never been treated so poorly by a so-called medical "professional" in my life! She belongs in anger management not the medical field. She seems to have more than a dislike for helping people, it's straight up contempt and resentment. read more

i recently moved to tallahassee and have been coming to this cvs minuit clinic the last two times for my health concerns every time i have come the "doctors" have been so rude, unhelpful, and not professional. they are unwilling to speak to you in a professional manner unless you have an appointment and even then they seem annoyed they have to do their job. today when i explained i had an appointment the doctor got extremely rude as i was trying to find out why she couldn't find it she basically said that's not my problem i'm not helping you. This pharmacy is a mess. I used to go to Walgreens, and the pharmacists there would always work to help customers get the cheapest deals on their prescriptions. At CVS, they don't even try. For example, I take a birth control that, with a manufacturers coupon is $25 for one month, or $25 for three months. The same price, but I get two more months. I showed them my coupon when I dropped of the prescription. They tried to charge me full price, and I had to go back and enter the coupon again. Luckily the coupon has stayed in the system. It took multiple prescription pickups to get them to leave the 3 month pick up in the system. Almost every time I go in, they misspell my name. It's an easy name. Then they can't find me in the system. Calling them is a nightmare. I'm on hold right now, for the second time, because they picked up and hung up on me the first time. This is not the first time this has happened while calling either. Also, they've been out of amoxicillin, a pretty basic antibiotic, for two days, and for two days in a row, I was told "it will be here tomorrow". Well it's tomorrow/day after tomorrow, and I'm here calling people who won't answer the phone. I'm switching to Publix once I pick this up. Or now. read more

If I could give this minute clinic negative stars I would. The triage person (Amy) was THE RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever had the unfortunate experience to encounter. I came to this minute clinic to get a quick medication refill and I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment even though there was no one before me. When I complained, she actually accused me of making a scene and said to me in a sarcastic voice " I'm sorry you're off your medication". And this is supposed to be a medical professional?? The nurse practitioner was even worse. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in. And then refused to refill my medication. So they made me wait FOR NOTHING. I see now that CVS MINUTE CLINIC clearly scrapes the bottom of the barrel when they hire people. These two aren't even fit to wait on my dog. read more

It's your run-of-the-mill CVS. I've never had any poor experiences. On the other hand, I've never had any sensational ones either. I've seen a few complaints about store cleanliness and rudeness of the pharmacy staff. According to me, the floor itself seems generally well-kept. As for the pharmacy, I hope they clean up their act! Sometimes, the self checkout machines are down, which is a real bummer. With a location in the heart of college undergrads, this place is always packed. And with only one checkout attendant, I prefer self checkout whenever possible. Also, there's actually another entrance via Call Street. But for God knows how long, it's been barricaded, making it very inconvenient to access CVS via Call Street. Although, this location is "meh," I'm more of glass half full type of guy. Hence, the 3 stars. Side note: why are the receipts so long??? read more

This minute clinic never has anyone there. This is the fifth time ive come here for an appointment and yet again there is no one here. This cvs either needs new healthcare workers or they need more. My appointment was scheduled to be 20 min ago, but still no one has even showed up. This place is pitiful. read more

If this place wasn't so close I'd never come! The upside: they call to let you know when prescriptions are ready (sometimes several times in one week). Downside : they are expensive. I'm thinking of ordering things online if it gets any worst. On top of that there are drunk loud college students at all hours of the day, bad traffic because of fast light on Tennessee, and every so often a bum stops you from entering or leaving your car! read more

Cvs is bad enough but this one is beyond bad. They're too lazy to actually DO anything. Every single time I try to get a prescription filled it takes a week of them doing nothing and SEVERAL phone calls before they will actually do their job! The phone calls are 20+ minutes because they're too busy sitting around talking to pick up the phone. Cvs should cut their loss and close this location. I'd rather go to Walmart pharmacy, they're slow but they at least do their job! read more

Cheapest no-insurance flu shot available. $24 + tax. They had me in their system from prior visits to other locations and actually had the vaccine. Several other competitors were either out of the vaccine or wanted too much, as high as $40! Conveniently located on W Tennessee St, this CVS met and exceeded my needs. Friendly pharmacy staff too! This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced every time I go to pick up my prescriptions. The staff is very rude & disrespectful, never friendly and they act as though you are bothering them just by trying to pick up your prescriptions. In particular, my last visit was by far the WORST! The Pharmacy tech is named Cherrish, she was extremely rude & disrespectful to me as I was only trying to utilize a coupon that I had. I have used a coupon at this location before through the drive thru but she told me that the tech shouldn't have honored it and she isn't going to honor it. However, after speaking with corporate management, coupons are accepted through the drive thru & she just didn't want to do it even thought it would have taken less than a min to simply type the numbers in. She would not accept it whatsoever & rushed me to pay for my prescriptions in full w/o the use of the coupon all while mumbling to her coworker and not using the speaker phone so I could hear her but her body language and attitude beyond the transaction said enough! She never told me the price, I had to ask & as I was reaching to get my card out to give to her she says "you can put your card in the drawer" as I am placing it into the drive thru drawer she snatched the drawer back so quickly she almost snatched my hand with it! Very unacceptable & no one should have to experience such disrespect when they are just trying to obtain their medications. After giving back my card with the medication on top of it, I never received a receipt & she closed the window on me before I could even ask for one as well as almost snatching my hand in the drive thru drawer once again when reaching for my prescriptions. This tech does not need to be working in any type of customer service setting if this is the type of behaviors she is displaying. I know that this is not a good reflection of the pharmacy & company and this type of behavior should not be tolerated especially in the medical customer service field. I am utterly disappointed with Cherrish's disrespectful actions and attitude that evening. I will be switching to another pharmacy after this in hopes of better treatment. read more

Don't even bother making an appointment since the staff has no interest in helping in a timely manner. Scheduled an appointment for 12:41 and wound up waiting through their HOUR AND A HALF lunch break that starts at 1. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The pharmacy here is a joke. My doctor sent over a prescription on May 23th, they never called me saying that it was ready or anything. So I decided to call CVS on May 31st to see if they had my birth control ready and the girl informed me that they were working on it. So I decided to call them again around June 8th and the girl at pharmacy told me that they didn't have my medicine ready because apparently it had been ready since May 29th and since I never came to pick it up they put the medicine back. Keep in mind that I called on the 31st and someone told me that it wasn't ready. So the woman that Works there's told me that they would get it ready in about in an hour, so I was supposed to pick up my medicine at 2. I got there at around 6:30pm that same day and they told me that my birth control was not ready that they were really backed up and that it would be ready in an hour.. so I decided to just go home and pick up the next day. Well at around 8 that same day they called me to inform me that they were out of my birth control and they had to order it and they it would be ready the next day, June 9th at around noon, Well I called them on June 9th at around 8:30pm to see if it was ready, and the women I spoke to told me that they had my prescription on hold and that she didn't know why, and while I was on the phone with her, she kept talking to her coworkers and complaining about how she wasn't even supposed to be working today and what not, all while I was still on the phone! So well fast forward to today, I called Cvs again and asked them about my birth control and if it was ready.. since it's been 3 days since it was supposed to be ready.. and the women just told me that it wasn't ready and that it would be ready in an hour. But honestly I doubt that it will be ready in an hour. So I'm just going to ask for my prescription and take my medicine somewhere else because they're so bad with fulfilling medicine orders. I can't imagine if instead of birth control it would've been a medicine where my life depended on it, because I probably would've been dead with how long they're taking. All they like to do is play games and not help the customer. I should not have to wait almost 3 weeks to get my medicine, just because of their negligence! They're honestly the worst. I'm going to preface this review by saying that the staff in the retail section of this CVS are phenomenal! they are always very welcoming and always greet me and are super helpful when I need to find something; extremely polite. ESPECIALLY JABARI On the other hand the staff in the PHARMACY are the most inconsiderate, rude, and just plain mean people I have ever met. No matter how nice I am they are super rude and unhelpful. I was sent to this CVS because the one on Pensacola was out of my prescription. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes before I went in person. I finally got there and they said I had to go back to Pensacola to make the transfer. Terrible management and communication, I was sent on a rabbit chase. My son has the flu and visited their clinic. He was prescribed tamiflu and when he tried to pick it up they told him they did not have any and could pick it up at another CVS. He was then forewarned they only had the brand name and were out of generic so he would have to go out of pocket. My son had to go to the ER which did not prescribe it bc CVS was showing they issued an RX. CVS never gave him a copy of the RX and when we called to have it transferred to Walgreens, they played games all day long. My son went from feeling worse to worse. I called CVS myself and they assured me they would do it; I spent my whole day going back and forth w the pharmacy since most times they did not even pick up the phone. At 4:30 the manager told me he would def send it, but, no kidding, Walgreens never got it. My son had been waiting for his meds all day and finally had to go home without it. This behavior is inexcusable and irresponsible especially with something like the flu (or any infirmity for that matter). First of all at their one minute clinic they should have handed him a hardcopy of his rx instead of presuming to keep it in house. My son still has no medication and hopefully they will come thru this morning. At this point they should offer to drop off his meds to him since he can barely stand up. I have reached out to their Corp since playing with someone's health is deplorable. I live too far to go in person and handle this situation for him. It is shameful and I definitely will not entrust my family's health to CVS any longer. My son could be on his way to feeling better and they were too busy, too lax, and too unprofessional to do their job correctly and efficiently. read more

Man don't you Really dis- like a medical plane that doesn't have the medical thing that you need. I'm traveling for work and forgot something that is important to my verticalness. I when in and the place could use a good cleaning. I mean carpet cleaning would not hurt. Then maybe pick up some of the trash in the store would not hurt either. Wish I could give no star! The pharmacist at the NE Tallahassee CVS is the worst. She has zero personally and acts like it's an inconvenience if you have a question. In my opinion having a question about medications that you may have a deadly allergy to should not be handled like it's bothering the pharmacist. I will be switching all of our pharmacy needs as soon as I am better. Don't like being treated poorly, especially when I or a member of my family is ill.
