Very horrible. Worked with them in the past to get a car that barely lasted a year never had heat and always one problem or another and when it died the only other option we had was to work with them to get another vehicle that didn't last 8 months before the drivetrain completely failed. And they refused to work with us again but we still had to pay off the second vehicle. Which we have been paying on for a year. Do to changing schedules at work had to try and get another vehicle after weeks of working with them and doing everything they said I had to do the at the last moment denied me for the vehicle I wanted just to try and force me into a much higher coating vehicle. They are dishonest and their team doesn't have a clue how to take care of their customers or to real make sure their vehicles are actually worth half of what they will charge you for it. read more

Got a 2010 convertible mustang from them ran great for a week and the computer brain went out but in warranty so they fixed it then 5 months later tie rods broke under the car that cost me $500 out of pocket to be replaced then a year later I had to pay $5000 for a new transmission and not included the rear main seal was leaking got that fixed and the front seal started leaking oil . I spent over $7000 in repairs so after 2 years I traded it in with Carmex for a 2023 Chevy Colorado with 23000 miles for $30.000 white the mustang was $22000 with 150.000 miles on it . Things started off good. I first started off texting with April. And submitted all my documents. Then she texted back saying I was approved and then I asked what's next and I needed to come into the store. So while I was trying to figure out how to get there, she texted back saying that they took a closer look at my paycheck and she wanted to talk about it. For whatever reason they were focused on how much stock I had. I explained how much I have taken out. Then she wanted me send more paycheck stubs and I did so. Then asked my rent and her tone of voice changed to not very professional. She needs to work on her people skills. I explained why my rent is so low and she didn't seem to believe it. Even though I could prove it if she asked. So we hung after that and I sent the documents. And never heard from her. A week went by and so I went somewhere else and purchased a vehicle. Then yesterday I received an email from them and they denied me for having insufficient income! Made me laugh. I'm glad I wasn't approved by them after reading all these reviews! I will never go through them again. Got a 2011 Ford Edge ran good for a month before it was in the shop for engine problems got it fixed a few days later the breaks went out they were so far gone on the pads that a peace of paper was thicker then the pad. Then a month later there's another engine miss fire this time I had to pay 389 out of pocket because I never got my calls answered. From them. 2 days after I had to pay out of pocket I now have to figure out how to come up with the 500$ for a new catalytic converter because the constant engine issues caused it to need to be replaced. I will never tell anyone to go here and I hope you see this before thinking your getting a good looking car. If there was an option for negative stars that's what this easy auto would receive they sold me a car with all kinds of internal problems the parts inside the engine were messed . One of the headers were cracked . And they are now currently trying to void my warrinty bye leaving it in the shop . Not to mention the sales Managed yelled at my wife over the phone telling her to mind her own business and , he sold me the car not her .
