My family and I were in need of a crib in Clayton for our baby - our almost 2-year-old can't sleep in anything else except a normal crib (no pack-n-plays or mattresses on the floor). My husband looked everywhere for a crib rental place and, thank goodness, found Felicia and Easy Baby Travel. She arrived early to deliver the crib, showed us how to use it safely, and picked it up right on time. We are so very grateful for all the help (and sleep) Felicia gave us on this family trip! The only negative I would like to point out is about the actual crib, not the company. The crib we rented comes with an extremely thin mattress. We ended up putting a comforter underneath the mattress to give it some more comfort. That seemed to do the trick. By itself, the mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. This service is a life-saver! I was unexpectedly stranded overnight after a flight cancellation during a layover in St. Louis with my 15-month-old. When we booked our hotel we were assured that they would have a crib, only to find out at 8pm that they didn't have any left. My severely-under-napped east-coast baby was exhausted and we had no idea what to do. I called the first crib rental service I found online and got so so lucky with Felicia! She delivered a clean, safe, secure full-sized crib directly to my hotel room door within 40 min of when I contacted her, and at no additional charge for the rush! She even coordinated with me by text and set it up silently in our room so it wouldn't disturb the toddler that was by that time sleeping in my arms. Great company! We got cheap Frontier tickets to St. Louis so decided to check out a place we'd never been, and we wanted stick to our budget. However we have an 11 month old with lots of baby gear. This is an amazing service and Felicia made it so easy to rent a car seat. It is hard to travel with babies! We rented a stroller for four days and found the process and everything with Easy Baby Travel to be totally seamless. The stroller was delivered to our hotel and available at checkin, and Easy Baby Travel picked it up from the hotel after our departure.
