He did a great job, the chair looks almost new and the ottoman is much, much cleaner. No long wait, either. I was able to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to me with no problem. Bob arrived on time, was very friendly and efficient, worked quickly and quietly and did a fantastic job. His prices are very reasonable, half of what I was quoted by three other companies. The owner let herself into my house to check on the girls, said that the first cleaning was cash only (10 mins until they were finished), then left. I left to get them cash, and as I went to look at the job that was done, and I was incredibly disappointed. There was dust and paint chips all over the counters. The overhead hood of the stove was covered in gunk, the toilet bowl scrubber was left in the toilet, the bathtub was filled with sudsy cleaner, and the bath mats were left up. I contacted the owner regarding such, and I was advised that I had a great cleaning, per the UNAUTHORIZED pictures the girls took of a few things that they did scrub. Never. Again. Outrageous cost for disappointment. Here's another reason, as you can see, as PROOF, an argumentative response instead of finding an ideal resolution for all parties involved. Now she even changed the "time" that her employees attempted to clean the home. My HUSBAND and I work from home, and we're working the whole time. Not sure how we could possibly have made anyone uncomfortable while we were very busy working in our office. To even bring up the fact that my husband had to use the restroom is asinine. BLAMING us for her employees shortcomings. NOT ideal or professional as an owner of a business.
