If you have Dog Pee and Stains, this is who you need. Frank and Jeff are friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable. They came, did the work and left. I'm happy to talk with anyone who has a badly stained and very smelly carpet from dog urine. My beige wall to wall, was about 15 years old and looked like a polka dotted rug from our 16 year old dog. Maggie couldn't hold her urine and was able to use only our living room as "her" room. We just let her. The smell was so bad we simply didn't use the room and decided it was Maggie's room. It was not good. I read the ads online. Jeff and Frank came looked at it and we talked about it. They were very realistic in telling me that the smell of the cleaning chemicals would probably be worse the 2nd day. They talked with me about how the chemicals worked and my asthma, and how well it may or may not work on our particular stain situation. In every way they were spot on. ha. In some ways, they tried to set a worse expectation than actually took place and we were pleasantly surprised. The carpet stains were initially totally gone and then reappeared a bit later, though much lighter of course. The same for the odor. It was so much better, and we could use the room. It was great to have the room back. However, I could still smell urine a bit. By this time we'd said goodbye to Maggie. This was why we chose to have the living room rug redone about 6 months later. We added the basement and other rooms when they cleaned last week. They were great, again, and they let me know that the stains would probably not get any lighter than they currently are, which I appreciated. Big thumbs up. Only down side is trying to get an appointment. They are pretty booked up. read more

We brought Mom to the ER with respiratory issues, and the doctor recommended a carpet cleaning among other remediations. I called them and luckily they were able to book us on short notice. Jeff was out onsite tech, he arrived on time and did a terrific job. It was also really nice that when done, Mom's apartment had a nice lemon scent instead of chemicals. I got a quote in the $300 range, Nancy said the technicians would come and give a more accurate quote after they arrived. She had to call me weeks later back because she never wrote down my address. So the technicians arrive on time measured and then quoted over $700! They said that the countertop was at least $300. Then when I said that this sounds like a scam as it is more than double what I was quoted - they said, "fine, we don't have to do the job" and walked out. After much discussion with their supervisor, they came back with a price of $450. I paid, them and they did an OK job on the carpets and countertop. Honestly, I can't tell much of a difference in the granite cleaning and polishing and originally that was going to be over $300 when they gave me the $700+ quote. I left the areas where they cleaned to dry overnight. When I went to look at the rooms, one light was hanging from the wires from the ceiling??? and One bed was pulled off the headboard. They went to my neighbors and they did a similar thing - she was told $100, the technicians walk in and try to charge her $160. I later went back in my email and noticed that Nancy did email me a work order but it was totally blank. I'll never use or recommend to anyone. Seems VERY Shady. Nancy is fantastic! She runs a tight ship and is on top of her game. She gets back to you promptly (even called me over a long weekend to reschedule per my request!) Her men are GREAT! They won't do something you don't want them to, they are very professional, and pretty decently on time! Nancy is fair with her prices - as a repeat customer she has given me some great deals. She has great promotions online monthly as well! You can tell she cares about her clients and wants what's best for them. My rugs came out FANTASTIC!! I had my carpets cleaned in early June, and had them use the PURT pet urine stain remover product since we recently rescued a dog that had made a few mistakes. I was excited to get this treatment done, because it seemed cutting edge and they used natural products. They were at my home less than an hour, and mentioned that sometimes the smell is worse after the treatment for a day or 2 since the urine stains are being broken down. Bottom line my rugs might smell worse than before, so I am not sure what exactly this PURT product did. I emailed them a few weeks after my service to explain my disappointment, and heard nothing back from them. I will not be using ChemDry or recommending Chemdry unless they want to come back and make things right. read more

I found this company on Home Advisors. I had a bedroom carpet that had gotten dirty and pet stains from my dog. It was really gross. I also had a decent size living room rug that had gotten filthy over the years. I called them and spoke with Nancy. We set up a date for the job to get done. We had a 2 week wait till the day came. We had made all the preparations for the rug cleaning to be done. On the day of the rug cleaning no one showed up. So I called to speak with Nancy. She said she didn't have us down for a cleaning. She asked if we could wait a few more days. We told her that wasn't possible,the house was in disarray as it was. She then told us they could come the next day around 5:00 if that was ok. We of course accepted. She was genuinely sorry for the mistake. I could understand it,they are so booked up,they have to be good. The next day this man came it was raining out. I told him to come in out of the rain and thanked him for coming. I talked with him,his name was Jeff. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly hardworking man. He did a fantastic job on the rugs. We are more than pleased with the job. I gave 5 stars because of Jeff and the way the rugs came out. Nancy needs to get herself some help. She sounds a little overworked. But she was very pleasant and worked out there problem to benefit the customer. We will most definitely call Chem-Dry again in the future. read more

Outstanding customer service!!! I needed a last minute rug cleaning on an accidently water spill on my bedroom carpet and they were out to my home within an hour and a half. I have been using these guys for years! Nancy is the best at organizing the team and almost always can get someone to us very quickly. Frank has cleaned up more messes for us than I can count and he is a pleasure! I cannot say enough about them, especially if you have pets and teenagers! Bought a sectional from Jordan's and bought the protection plan from them. So i was told that I need to use this company. I thought the customer service was very poor. I was given a 4 hour window for them to come by. I always ask for a 30 min heads up so I don't waste my day waiting. They never called and I ended up missing them. When I called the customer service the lady was very rude to me and told me to take my business somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

I've lived in my home for 6 years and have the carpets cleaned yearly. I have never been truly satisfied. I called Chem-Dry and explained that I had a new stain in my den that I wanted to address ASAP. Nancy told me that the next available time was 3 days away. I agreed to the scheduling and Nancy gave me some great advice on what to do in the mean time. A few hours later she called to say that they had a cancellation and could fit me in the next morning. The 2 gentlemen who did the work were professional, efficient and courteous. They also did some area cleaning in the bedrooms. I was planning on replacing those carpets next year but the areas they cleaned look so good that I now plan to have Chem-Dry clean those carpets and I'll bet that I can get some more years out of them.
