I would give zero stars if possible…read more.. I bought a 2006 nissian murano with 101,000 miles on it, in February from them. (yes I know it's an '06 my prior car was on '06 and had 0 issues) I had it inspected and showed them the work that was quoted to me, they went down 1,000 on the asking price. I have now spent almost $3,000 on repairs on this hunk of junk they sold me. They claim they will do repairs for half the price, when I needed the new tires and alignment (one of the repairs I told them needed to be done at purchasing) they quoted me the same price as another place but I would have had to leave my car with the for most of the day, where I was able to just sit and wait approx 1 hour at the other place. So they clearly lie about their cheaper repairs. With in less than a month of purchasing the vehicle I returned in literal tears of frustration and was completely blown off by the woman who works there as well as the mechanic. NOTHING was done to help when I gave them the fair chance to do something about this. (I also called when the owner left a reply on my google review giving me a number to " contact him directly" it was the stores generic number and he " wasn't there".) I fully believe they knew what they were doing mainly bc I told them about specific problems I noticed and my mechanic notice and they denied the problems. If you leave a bad review they will be snarky in their reply and act like they did nothing wrong instead of owning up to the "mistake" and try to fix them. I put mistakes in quotes bc we are all human, things happen. But this was clearly intentional on their part at this point. I will never purchase another vehicle from them! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Sadly, this experience is not rare for me. As long as I can remember, I've never purchased a used…read morecar that didn't have at least some problems, but when you sell a car that is knowingly a car with extra problems and don't report it to a potential buyer, then that is a crime, pure and simple. Well, at least, it should be. But, of course, in the United States, if you don't have an army of lawyers to help you, then you're just plain screwed. I bought a 2015 Mercedes with high mileage, but it looked okay. It had minor damage to it, but it didn't show. However, when I took it in for inspection, I discovered that there was a plethora of issues, primarily the serpentine belt, which was cracked and splitting, and ready to snap (saw the photos), as well as the guide pulley and tensioner needing replacement. Moreover, the thermostat and drain need replacing, and are the cause of the engine light constantly coming on. When I addressed this to the people at 10K, they were polite and said that it was likely just a loose wire. But, according to the mechanics at ________ , they told me that not only was this a common issue, but that it was easy to detect if you had the proper equipment. In addition to this, the engine light had likely been turned off on several occasions before it was sold, in order to hide any possible defect. Now, I get it. Used car salespeople have to hide certain information, or they won't sell the car. Even if it's junk, and they know it, they will sell it to you anyway. So here's the thing: If you see the car, and they give you a song and dance about it, while at the same time it's "Buy As Is", then ask to take it to another mechanic to give it a look-over. If they say no, then simply walk away. Go elsewhere because that won't work in your best interest, and it will cost you down the road. (I didn't do this, now I owe $4,787, not including the forward struts, sway bar links, and four tires, which will come to another $2,200). In the end, just take your time and look around. Don't rush, and if you have access to a seasoned mechanic who can look it over first, then by all means, pay the guy or gal for their time, and be grateful. Boy, do I miss my Dad! Bottom line, if a dealer knows that a car has problems and needs parts replaced, or if the car in question is faulty and shouldn't be sold in the first place until it's fully repaired, and he sells it...he is not honest. Don't fall for it. Don't be a victim like me.

While I was in Miami, he sent me a screenshot/message making a humiliating joke about me, using the term "socially awkward" after I had already told him multiple times that I did not like that and that there was no reason to keep using that label toward me. The timing and tone felt malicious, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Instead of treating me with basic courtesy, he made a personal comment that seemed intended to make me feel bad. Because of that experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with this dealership or recommending it to others. Customers or anyone business was done with should be treated with respect, especially when dealing with something as important as selling or buying a vehicle.

The lady at the SCDMV told me for my make and model that the taxes were around 200. WIth out any call or knock on the door..This company breaks laws.. Now this is the Ford f150 "dark blue truck that they have for sale right now.!" Do not buy that truck.. its put together with sand. The staff were very helpful, professional and extremely friendly. They have a wide variety and selection of cars to choose from and if you don't see what you are looking for they will do their best to find it for you. They have become more like family to me than a dealership. They will ensure you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Raigosa Auto Sales!!!! Christine Leppard

I purchased a vehicle from Raigosa Auto Sales in the Summer of 2014. I don't normally finance…read morevehicles, but they had a nice car on the lot that was slightly out of my price range. It was a repo, and they offered on site financing for 2 years with no interest. Who could possibly turn that down? Over the past year, I have sent payment above and beyond what was required. We don't live closeby, and their PAYPAL option appeared to be convenient. I would send the payment, but it would sit there uncredited for days, sometimes up to a week until they applied it to my account. By then, of course, they could charge a late fee. They won't take checks, and the same delay happens with money orders. At least with PAYPAL you get a time/date stamp, right? So, my payoff has been sitting in their PAYPAL account for 11 days now, and they won't answer emails. The phone goes to a guy who barely speaks english, so he doesn't understand what I'm attempting to relay to him. He takes a message so someone can "look into it". The woman who is supposed to credit the account is rarely available to talk to me, and hasn't been at all since I sent in my final payment. I just left a phone message, an email AND sent a fax detailing the unclaimed payment and my plan to visit the magistrate on Monday morning if they can't credit my payment. The car? I don't know what they did to it to make it look so good on the lot, but I've spent $5000 on it to try to keep it running over the past 18 months. This doesn't include tires, normal wear and tear, any cosmetic expenses, or the cleaning my driveway will need from all the fluid leaks once I get rid of it. As soon as I can get the title from Raigosa (pending the final payment credit, of course) it will be sent to a salvage yard. I'm done throwing money into the pit. No, I don't recommend Raigosa Auto Sales.
