I am sorry to report that I used Northwest Electric once, and there probably won't be a second…read moretime. Hired a gentleman to work on the electrical panel and specifically to identify what all the circuits powered. He was unable to identify three of the functioning circuits. That's not a good sign considering that's one of the things he's trained to do. He said he simply didn't know and couldn't figure it out with his testing. I paid him for his service. Ten minutes after he left, I did a basic test and discovered that one of his "unidentifiable" circuits powered the porch light. It's too bad this company chooses to hire guys that either don't care or are incompetent. I wish this man well, but he's not great at his job.
