He told me he "couldn't mix it in because it was a kids size," which made no sense because I have ordered this exact same kids create-your-own order multiple times before at this and other Cold Stone locations. The whole point of the kids create-your-own is being able to choose a topping and have it prepared properly. On the positive side, Ava was extremely polite, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the interaction. She was professional and kind despite the situation. I truly wish I could tip her directly because she absolutely deserved it. Unfortunately, the experience with Immi completely overshadowed the visit.

We also ordered a "Love It" size Oreo Overload in an Oreo waffle bowl. The Oreo Overload consists of Sweet Cream ice cream with chocolate chips, double Oreo cookie and fudge. Both flavors were chocolatey and delicious and the Oreo Overload inside of the Oreo waffle bowl was the perfect creamy and crunchy combination. Our order did come up to $20 but it was worth every bite! When you are having a sweet craving or just want great tasting ice cream, definitely head to Cold Stone!!!
