The samples they sent were poor quality, sloppy and uneven staining, and not at all what I had explained that I wanted. I found the product and color that I wanted and gave the information to the contractor. He insisted that Finnmark could get the product and do the installation with quality work. They got the product, but the installation crew was careless and sloppy. I ended up with glue on freshly painted wall walls, holes punched in drywall buy carelessness. The condition was not what I expect when buying new material, and I ultimately couldn't use any of it for my project. Although they did eventually issue a refund, the way the situation was handled left a bad impression. I was told, "We will process this to get you out of here," which felt dismissive and unnecessarily snarky. As a paying customer who didn't do anything wrong, I expected more professionalism. I appreciate that the refund was ultimately processed, but the lack of transparency and customer service during the process has changed my view of the company.

They kept the work area incredibly clean (which is so rare), and I never felt like I was living in a construction zone. They also went above and beyond by helping with things that weren't really their responsibility, including assisting with installing my bathroom cabinet and helping with the countertop. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to find. I received several bids before starting this project, and while they weren't the cheapest, they were worth every penny. Looking for what felt like forever I finally found Hurtado's Tile and Stone. I was greeted with a warm and friendly man named Richard. We came to an agreement to do my kitchen/laundry as well as my office and outdoor tile. He helped me so much along the way with picking tile, giving advice and even getting me good deals. The projected started and his dad Efren and brother Brian started the job right on time (this has never happened and I have dealt with a lot of contractors/workers). They continue their work and were always communicating and on time. This is unheard of for me. He even helped me find someone to do another job I needed which also turned out amazing. The flooring came out exactly how I wanted it, so beautiful! The quality of work is amazing. But what is even better is they are just great people. They cleaned up after themselves and were so respectful. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.
