I have been meaning to write this review for months. Every time I hear about someone else's tile experience, I am reminded how fortunate I was to find Vincent. My husband and I bought a condo. One of the showers was in desperate need of re-tiling. The floor looked dreadful. I contacted Vincent and he set up a day/time to meet me. He arrived on time and gave me various options on how to fix the floor, listing the pros and cons of each method (as well as cost). The option he recommended for our situation was by far the least costly. But given that neither me nor my husband have had experience in remodel work, I was hesitant to listen to just one man's opinion. I contacted two other tilers and after meeting with them, I was convinced Vincent was the one to go with. Vincent was the most thorough and gave many options instead of just one, including possible problems later with some of the other solutions suggested. So happy we went with him. So glad that we found Vincent on Yelp! Out kitchen tile suddenly pushed up in the middle of the floor right before the holidays. Vincent came out to give us an estimate for installing new tile, and was able to patch up the floor with extra tile we had in the garage to get us through the holidays without having people tripping over our broken tile. After the holidays, he came back and removed our old flooring and installed the new tile we purchased. He did a beautiful job and was so pleasant to have working in our home. Shortly thereafter, our vacation home had a leak which required removal of the bathroom tile to fix the leak. I searched Yelp for a tile installer to replace tile in our kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms, and an office. Basically, we tiled our entire downstairs, and all 3 baths. I received bids from 5 installers, and then I interviewed 3 of them. Vince wasn't the low bidder, but his bid was very competitive. My first impression of Vincent Errico was the reason we chose him to do our job. He succinctly communicated his understanding of what we wanted, he satisfactorily responded to all of our questions, and he appeared to be a nice young man that we could trust in our home during our long project. We began our project in November 2019, and we just finished the tile work in May 2020. What a perfect choice we made by hiring Vince. His work is meticulous, clean and is as good as it gets. We also hired Vince to do all of our demo and haul away of demo material. It's nice when other people compliment us on our "new" home. We've even had multiple tradesmen (plumber and drywall) who didn't know Vince, compliment the high quality of his work. Being in our home as much as he was, and understanding that we lived in the home throughout the project, Vince was always considerate about the cleanliness of his work areas, and he made sure that his assistants were clean too. It made a very stressful construction period much more tolerable. I'm posting some pics here, although we now have some clutter in areas that detract from the beautiful tile work. Punctual, Clean and Accountable. I had 2 bathrooms done by Vince. He arrived on time ready to work every day. At the end of the day he and his helper would sweep and neatly pack away their equipment in a section of the house. He did this EVERY DAY! He's very mindful of his surroundings and makes sure the rest of the house isn't affected by the construction. In my case he did this by covering the stairs with plastic/drop cloths and watered down the yard where they cut tiles. During the first bathroom renovation, there was a misunderstanding of the tile design. As a result, the tile was installed incorrectly. He took responsibility and fixed his mistake.
