My old glasses and the new script are way off. They said that eyes don't change that much. I sent Dr. Igoe's office all the paper work and tried to talk to the staff. All they said was they were going to give me my records as requested. She was rude on the phone when I tried to ask questions. Dr. Igoe has yet to call me to help. I no longer would want to go to them. Very rude. I foster Veterans in my home. Each time I have running around to do I have to pay for a caregiver to come to the home. The gas I have to use running back and forth. The money out of pocket for the glasses my insurance doesn't cover. The money for the co-pays for his office. The aggravation Myself and Costco has to deal with and he doesn't even have the nerve to call me or talk to me when I called the office. I have all the paper work. Now I have to start all over again. It's very frustrating because I trusted going here. Now my mom is scared to go there and now we have to find another doctor for her. She's 80 years old and is upset also.
