When I was transferred to her and she came on the line I didn't get a good vibe from her when she started asking questions, however I still continued on. As she continued to ask questions she wouldn't allow me to talk, kept interrupting me as if the info I was informing her of wasn't important. At that time before she placed me on hold I had already made up in my mind that if there was a offer given I would not accept it. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone who employs a person of her caliber. She was very unprofessional. I've worked in customer service over 15 years and I've dealt with all type of customers however I'm never rude to any of them even if they are rude to me. I would highly suggest someone speaks with this agent and take the proper disciplinary action with her because if not, your company will lose a lot of prospective clients as well as being reported to the BBB as I did today based upon such bad service I received. I asked to speak with a manager however one was not placed on the phone. The last agent I spoke with stated a Manager by the name of Mike would call me, however I have not heard from anyone and that was over 2 hours ago. I will be leaving a review and informing all of my friends and family not to do business with a company who treats customers this way. The hard copy pre-tax planner that they sent in advance via USPS helps to keep preparation costs down as it reminds you of pertinent earnings details and also lists the documents you used the previous year so you can make sure you have every document you will need at the in person appointment. Since then, the IRS has sent multiple rejection letters regarding the amended return, and the issue remains unresolved. Every time I follow up, there seems to be another excuse, but no real resolution. Communication has been poor throughout the process. I rarely receive updates and have had to repeatedly contact the firm myself just to find out what's happening. For the amount I paid, I expected knowledgeable representation, proactive communication, and timely resolution of my tax matter. Instead, I have spent years waiting for an outcome while receiving repeated IRS rejection notices and no clear path to fixing the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Delerme CPA. I hope they improve their communication, accountability, and follow-through so other clients do not have a similar experience.
