My favorite! I always find something. Sometimes it's in clothing, sometimes pursues, sometimes…read morehousewares or decor, sometimes books, but I never leave without finding a good deal. You might have to dig through somethings, but it's not too bad. The place is well kept and the people who manage it (I think they are all volunteers from the church?) work hard to keep the place in order. There is flow to the merchandise, with areas broken up by department. New donations are coming in on a regular basis. Every time I go, which is often, I see new donations being dropped off or being sorted and priced. The staff/volunteers are always so pleasant. It's a pleasure to shop here. It's never too crowded with customers, but there is regular customer traffic that keeps the store moderately busy. Prices are fair and around Christmas, they set up a room with Christmas specific/inspired merchandise. Kudos to Red Door!

My weakness is their range of sophisticated and durable flat shoes. I won't disclose the type or brands, because they sell out quickly. The best news is that Shoe's and More has a website so you can shop from home! They have initiated a "Shop at Home Concierge Program." I will definitely be taking part. I don't live locally to the store so having reliable sales persons and the managers has been a blessing as they notify me when new clothing and shoes will be in. In addition, they now offer in-store pick up, free local delivery and free shipping after a certain purchase limit. I love exploring this store. They primarily carry women's clothing, jewelry and accessories (tending towards the funky side), as well as a few home accessories, games, etc. Most of it is out of my budget, but it's great to browse, and there's always the clearance rack or a couple of other lucky finds. Unique and bright, it adds a lot of color to preppy Bronxville :) They also have a Manhattan store, which I hope to check out soon.
