I had a specific model sneaker in mind . The minute I walked in a young man ( Jacob) instantly stepped forward to greet me ! Zero wait time ! Jacob was outgoing, polite and professional. He actually took the time to measure my feet to insure proper fit! He unpacked the sneakers , opened them and presented them so I could easily try them on . A pleasant exchange start to finish ! Then I walk over, with the sneaker that i'd like to purchase in hand, ask if he can help me - and he says not yet! So since no one cared to make a sale I walked out of the store. As a runner, I buy 2, 3, 4 pairs af sneakers at a time. Some manager or store owner who actually cares about customers and work ethic, needs to train their staff.

They have three floors with different departments such as a kids/toy section, shoe department, cosmetics department, women's and men's department. I used it, I ended up not really being a fan, I wished the bag was bigger (my fault) so I tried to do an exchange or refund but the bag was not accepted as I did use it.
