What a difference in dealerships this dealership Bill Pruette was a fantastic the car salesman. You could not ask for a better salesman no pressure very understanding and very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were looking to purchase. They had a large selection of vehicles on their lot. They also offer some incentives when you buy a vehicle from them. I would definitely recommend them especially the salesman that we had I'm sure the other salesman are also good as well but only can speak for Bill since we had him and he was fantastic.

I understand that used vehicles are generally sold "as is," but having a properly functioning key is a basic necessity and, in my opinion, should be something a dealership verifies before selling a vehicle. After trying to have a spare key made, I learned that there is no actual mechanical key included in the fob and that the fob I was given is aftermarket. The dealership was aware of this situation but chose not to address it before completing the sale. Now, after spending $17,000 on the vehicle, I'm faced with having to go to a dealership to obtain a proper key and key fob, which is expected to cost me more than $500. I'm extremely disappointed with how JT Chrysler handled this situation. I believe a dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and take responsibility for basic issues like ensuring the customer receives a functional key. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling that customer service and doing the right thing were not priorities in this transaction.
