I had a great experience at Easy Smog. The staff are super nice guys and also very professional. The whole test was done in 15 minutes. I didn't know how to do Yelp check-in but I called if it was okay to bring a print-out of the Yelp page for the shop they said okay and gave me the $50 rate! That's including tax. First review of the Year(2016) for Easy Smog! It a *positive* review!! On Jan 9 I call in 15-20 min before closing time. Ask technician if he has serviced hybrids. Technician confirmed absolutely. My next question was I can be there there in 5 min or a minute before closing. Would he still be able to assist me. Technician said no problem. I arrived and we conversed and apologize about being that guy who arrive before closing time. I mentioned I was replacing the Auxiliary battery and took a little longer than it should have. Technician explained a battery replaced or disconnected reset all info include emission related test etc... He advised to return next day before he starts the test. Next day I drive and borrow a friend obd reader and ensure I complete all drive cycles. I return to Easy Smog hours before closing this time and I was in and out. I will return again and refer all friends and family whom are local. Don't forget to check in with yelp for discount! Great Service, Friendly, Honest, Even had football game on to watch! read more

Excellent! I have brought two cars here. Both were processed quickly and efficiently, and then I sold one of the cars. I had issues with the loan lien still showing on my title which delayed the transfer of title past the 90 day emissions check window. Oh, and I had misplaced my copy of smog certificate. No problem. The owner found and supplied me a copy of the emissions check, and the DMV was satisfied that I had passed emissions and could transfer the title. Great service and follow up. read more

Their smog test is really expensive. $58 if you pass first try, and another $10 if you don't. Also, the yelp discount for check-in's only applies for cars made after the year 2000. So I drove all the way there for nothing... A little too pricey for me. Otherwise the place is easy to find and the person there was friendly. read more

I had a good experience. At first, they tried to charge full price which is $10 more but I mentioned yelp and they knocked $10 off and said I would need to check in on yelp. My phone was dead but they didn't make a big deal about it, they still gave me $10 off. I just had mechanical work done on the car yesterday so I asked him to check the readiness monitors prior to running the smog check. They did, no problems and it passed smog.
