Second person was nice explained what was going on, she said she would get it taken care of and told me what it would me and they would Get them shipped I told her they have already been paid for and o owe nothing. They were having an insane sale on shoes, 60% off of already clearance priced shoes. I walked out the door with a new pair of runners regular priced at $99, on clearance for $79 and discounted down to $30! Now that's awesome! The customer service at this store cannot be beat! My only downfall is that at times, the upselliing became extremely annoying to the point that I walked out of the store in disgust, but came back after calming down and wanting to take advantage of the sale they had going on.

She didn't get the answer she was looking for or needed on this specific day, so she got all my contact information and followed up to make sure my situation was resolved. She is the definition of excellent customer service!!!!! As a small business owner and previous retail manager myself, we need more people like her running stores! When we come back in June I will come to see her even if it's just to say HI she's awesome and her staff is amazing!
