This place is AWFUL! My mom had a unit there full of everything she owned for almost 6 years, which…read moreis a lot. About a year an a half ago she got a call from the manager that a full grown mother cat had somehow wiggles under her unit door(real secure guys) an was living in my moms unit! So we go out there an sure enough there is a momma kitten that gave birth to a litter of kittens on my moms expensive couch! The manager said well we can try to secure the bottom with a strip but I can't guarantee it will work! Plus she made us get the cats out an find them a home. It was absolutely ridiculous! Fast forward to about a week ago, my mom bought a house so she was able to get all of her stuff out of that hell hole. So we get everything out except a huge old tv that we would need my husbands help to get out. It would be another week before we could get it an dump it. An also she was paid up for an entire month. Two days later she gets a voice mail informing her that securecare isn't a maid service an she needs to get the rest of her stuff out or she was going to be charged $125 for the manager to clean it out, again she can legally get in that unit because she's paid up for an entire month! And the horrible manager also informed her that she was going to be charged a $35 fee to lock her unit back up, it's ludicrous how this place literally screws you out of every $ they can! If you are considering this place my advice is to run away, run fast!
