I stopped by Scott's Service Place because of a low tire pressure. I already had a spare on and…read moredropped off the tire with a piece of metal in it to be checked and reinstalled later. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call from Scott letting me know that the piece of metal hadn't actually punctured the tire, and they couldn't find any spot where it was leaking air. Scott suggested keeping the tire overnight to double-check, and I agreed. The next morning, he let me know that the tire had held air perfectly and was safe to reinstall. We still don't know what caused the sudden pressure drop, but I've been driving on the tire for a couple of weeks now without any issues. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Scott and his team kept me updated every step of the way, made sure the tire was truly safe before putting it back on, and even followed up a few days later to check how everything was going. That kind of care and communication is rare, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in. I'll definitely be coming back to Scott's Service Place for all my future car needs!

I called him to ask why he charged more than what he said and he got very defensive saying that he had to work alot more than what he thought and that its 150 and hour because he has a certified shop. Well this is not the same quote he gave me when i first spoke to him. I would have never sent anybody over to him and will never do that mistake again. It was a simple fix and he turned it into a big job i guess so he can over charge i Dont recommend this place to anybody.

I consulted Yelp as I often do to look for a reliable and recommended provider of service. Saturday morning I called and spoke to Mark and I explained what was happening. He asked me a couple of questions and told me what he thought was the problem and an approximate cost to repair. I said I would be there Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning and they drove my car around a tiny bit to see what was happening. I received a call a few minutes later and they told me what needed to be done (front brake pads and rotors) and the cost (which was what I was told on Saturday). It's so nice to find a trustworthy automotive repair shop. Mark and his team did everything they said needed to be done at the price quoted. It was a very minor problem with my gas cap. I believe the folks here are very knowledgeable and honest. The woman at reception was a exceptionally nice and Ron, the mechanic, was very thorough and honest. I will bring my car back in the future for maintenance and will recommend this place to others.
